★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il direttore del negozio oviesse del centro commerciale forum Palermo ha rifiutato l'ingresso davanti un certificato sanitario cartaceo timbrato ed effettuato nelle due ore precenti perché sprovvisti di green pass con qr da scansionare, in quanto non era stato ancora caricato sulla piattaforma nazionale del ministero della salute e che nonostante citate disposizioni del Il Dpcm del 12 ottobre (applicabile tanto nel settore pubblico quanto in quello privato) contempla l’ipotesi che, pur in presenza dei presupposti di legge, il Green pass non sia stato ancora rilasciato o aggiornato con una evidente deroga ai principi generali privacy può essere mostrato esibendo i documenti cartacei che attestano una delle condizioni del rilascio del green pass. Caro direttore si studi le leggi invece di preferire di discriminare clienti e buttarli fuori dal negozio. Auguri per una grande ripresa economica del nostro paese e incassi per l'azienda per cui lavora.
