e che si è pure arrogata il ruolo di volere "rimproverare un suo collega" che invece mi aveva fatto una enorme gentilezza.
Avevo chiamato per correttezza per disdire un prodotto che poi avevo trovato in altro punto vendita.
Finalmente, con voce molto ipocritamente pregna di falsa gentilezza, mi ha fatto spiegare.
Purtroppo, non so il nome...
Purtroppo, non so neanche il nome del suo collega che invece è stato gentilissimo anche se a detta sua ?non avrebbe dovuto mettermi da parte l' oggetto sino a sabato...
Mi rivolgo al gestore, spero che non venga richiamato il dipendente molto gentile che però sarà da questa persona richiamato ( non so in veste di cosa) .
Non entrerei mai in questo punto vendita per non averci a che fare
