★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho preso il caffe e quando ho pagato mi hanno dato il resto in meno e loro mi hanno detto che non era vero e che io ero il ladro e che ero un morto di fame approfittando della confusione loro pensavano che non me ne accorgevo e mi hanno dato 5 euro con lo scotch sopratutto personale veramente maleducato con i clienti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, preparato e molto attento. Discreta la qualità dei prodotti proposti. L'unica pecca è che quando c'è molta confusione i tempi di attesa di allungano un po'. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliato per una pausa caffè veloce o per uno spuntino.

Ma stiamo scherzando? Ovviamente nel bar accanto mi hanno fornito un bicchiere vuoto senza problemi. Anzi due. Che vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato proprio perché risultava essere un punto Illy ma oltre ad essermi sembrato un normale bar (dove si viene servito il caffè del marchio) non ho trovato la scelta dei prodotti e quel poco che ho trovato era ad un prezzo esageratamente più alto del sito del produttore. Quindi ordino on line e pago il prezzo indicato dal brand. Pessima figura
I stopped just because it turned out to be an Illy point but besides looking like a normal bar (where the brand's coffee is served) I didn't find the choice of products and what little I found was at an exaggeratedly higher price than the site of the producer. So I order online and pay the price indicated by the brand. Bad figure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestore cafone e barista incompetente, ho chiesto un espresso normale mi hanno servito un ristretto, ho chiesto di averlo rifatto e lo hanno allungato con acqua dallo stesso braccio con precedentemente caffè già fatto, risultato un caffè imbevibile, chiedo gentilmente di averlo rifatto perché il caffè non è buono e il gestore mi dice si ma deve ripagare. Un atteggiamento così indisponente e poco gentile verso il cliente, me ne sono andato via. Il caffè si beve altrove non dove i baristi e i gestori non sono capaci!
Peasant manager and incompetent barista, I asked for a normal espresso they served me a restretto, I asked to have it done again and they extended it with water from the same arm with previously brewed coffee, it turned out to be an undrinkable coffee, I kindly ask to have it redone because the coffee it's not good and the manager tells me yes but it has to pay off. Such an irritating and unkind attitude towards the customer, I left. Coffee is drunk elsewhere, not where the baristas and managers are not capable!

Illy Caffè fà al caso vostro, compie le normative Covid-19 si può prendere il caffè o qualsiasi ordinazione in piedi o da seduti. A pochi metri troverete altri locali di ristorazione, quali ristoranti e gelaterie.
Ottimo caffè, personale gentile e cordiale.
