Il giorno dopo dell'acquisto abbiamo scoperto che la stufa non riscalda come volevo perché è piccola per i mq di casa mia. Non si sono voluti prendere la responsabilità di nulla hanno saputo solo dare la colpa a chi ha fatto il sopralluogo (e meno male che sono i vostri tecnici.) Il minimo era riprendersi la stufa e darmene una adatta alle mie esigenze. Ve ne siete totalmente lavate le mani e a me è rimasta una stufa a pellet di 2.200€ che a malapena riscalda la cucina. Non ne capiscono proprio niente, soprattutto coloro che fanno i sopralluoghi. Almeno abbiate la cortezza di rispettare il cliente che ha pagato tutto contanti. Vi dovreste vergognate. Ho già contattato l'azienda Ravelli per dirgli tutto. Vergognatevi.. Non comprerò da voi neanche se fosse l'unico negozio rimasto a Palermo. La Ravelli non merita di vendere le loro stufe da voi. I wouldn't want to put even a star. I bought a pellet stove after doing an inspection with their technicians. The day after the purchase we discovered that the stove does not heat as I wanted because it is small for the square meters of my house. They did not want to take responsibility for anything they could only blame those who did the inspection (and thank goodness they are your technicians.) The minimum was to take back the stove and give me one suited to my needs. You have totally washed your hands and I still have a € 2,200 pellet stove that barely warms the kitchen. They do not understand anything at all, especially those who do the inspections. At least have the courtesy to respect the customer who paid all cash. You should be ashamed. I have already contacted the Ravelli company to tell them everything. Shame on you .. I won't buy from you even if it was the only store left in Palermo. Ravelli does not deserve to sell their stoves from you.

Prezzi con convenienza variabile a seconda della categoria, però in generale è un negozio su cui poter fare affidamento, anche per via dei consigli degli addetti a cui mi sono rivolto. Collaborativi anche per le fatture specifiche alle detrazioni fiscali per ristrutturazione, cosa da non dare per scontato. Thanks to them I found a piece out of production that has prevented me from having smurare half the house to change a cassette. Prices convenience variable depending on the category, though in general it is a store on which to rely, also because of the advice of employees to which I addressed. Also Collaborative for specific bills to tax deductions for restructuring, what not to take for granted.
