Ho chiesto, dunque, una mano, chiedendo alla ragazza che mi aveva chiesto di ripassare 10 minuti dopo, e che tramite dei codici avrebbe controllato se ci fossero stati dei servizi attivi. Quando sono tornata, ho trovato un'altra ragazza ancora, in compagnia della precedente che mi ha semplicemente donato le spalle. Ho rispiegato il problema a colei che mi si era presentate, rispondendomi che avrei dovuto pensarci da sola chiamando l'assistenza Tim. Non si è nemmeno sforzata a prendere il cellulare e controllare che fosse magari una sciocchezza. Volete ridere? Nella mia ignoranza dovevo semplicemente rifare una ricaricarica per mancato importo per l'aggiornamento del rinnovo. Una vera sciocchezza che avrebbero potuto risolvere anche loro. Cercate di apprezzare il vostro lavoro e di farlo bene, ciao. I needed some help regarding 70 gigs finished within a few days of renewal. A real nonsense that they could have solved too. Try to appreciate your work and do it well, hello.
P	Patrizia Mistretta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina... dopo aver chiesto la disponibilità di un modello di cellulare SAMSUNG S21 FE 5G (avendo ricevuto risposta che era disponibile) ho aspettato oltre un'ora di turno per una sola persona prima di me ...perché la signorina era sola...quando il collega è rientrato da fuori mi ha chiesto cosa desideravo.. dicendomi che la Tim non ne manda molti e che l'ultimo lo aveva preso la signora che per altro era già l'ha quando ho chiesto la disponibilità e che non c'era possibilità neanche di ordinarlo...che tim fa queste offerte ma non da mai la disponibilità ...poco professionale ed indisponente per il modo di esporsi sorridendo mentre mi rispondeva no senza motivarlo.. tra l'altro ho dovuto chiedere più volte cosa intendeva con no...prima di avere la suddetta risposta....perché non spiegava nulla...tutto sorridendo e dicendo all'altra cliente che forse non capivo il NO...perché aveva la mascherina...un vero CAFONE MALEDUCATO ..zero stelle... 26 gennaio 2022 This morning ... after asking for the availability of a SAMSUNG S21 FE 5G mobile phone model (having received an answer that it was available) I waited over an hour of shift for one person before me ... because the young lady was alone. ..when the colleague came back from outside he asked me what I wanted .. telling me that Tim does not send many and that the last one had been taken by the lady who, by the way, was already there when I asked for availability and that there was no possibility even to order it ... that tim makes these offers but never gives the availability ... unprofessional and annoying for the way of exposing himself smiling while he answered me no without motivating it .. among other things I had to ask several times what he meant by no ... before I got the aforementioned answer .... because he didn't explain anything ... all smiling and telling the other customer that maybe I didn't understand the NO ... because he had a mask ... a real RUDE CAFONE ... zero stars ...
