Purtroppo, sin dal primo utilizzo, l'aspirapolvere è risultato non conforme alla potenza aspirante dichiarata. Il loro servizio clienti risponde solo compilando un format in un sito dedicato. Non sono riusciti a venir a capo alle mie richieste e dopo innumerevoli ticket mi hanno risposto di rivolgermi
al negozio che mi ha venduto il prodotto. BRUTTA ESPERIENZA CHE NON AUGURO A NESSUNO. SONO SOLDI BUTTATI VIA E CHE NON RIVEDERETE MAI PIU'. MEDIATEC ITALIA non è un produttore serio, vede prodotti economici che non funzionano e che non vengono garantiti.
 I purchased a Mediatec Cyclonic Cyclobrush vacuum cleaner for the technical characteristics declared by the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, since the first use, the vacuum cleaner was found not to conform to the declared suction power. Their customer service responds only by filling in a format on a dedicated website. They were unable to deal with my requests and after countless tickets they replied to me
to the store that sold me the product. BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I DO NOT WISH TO ANYONE. THEY ARE MONEY THROWED AWAY AND THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN. MEDIATEC ITALIA is not a serious manufacturer, it sees cheap products that don't work and that are not guaranteed.

L estrattore è un prodotto difficile da montare e ora con un pezzo rotto non sai dove averlo di ricambio.
