★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto varie volte il tampone alla farmacia in Viale Europa e sono molto bravi e professionali.
Simone l' infermiere è molto scrupoloso, delicato ed estremamente gentile con tutti le persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non informato e non preparato purtroppo non mi hanno voluto dare un medicinale nonostante avevo la prescrizione del medico specialista, mi sono recata in un'altra farmacia in zona dove dopo aver visionato la prescrizione dello specialista mi hanno venduto il medicinale. Ora se stavo chiedendo una cosa illegale non avrebbero dovuto vendermelo neanche nell'altra farmacia ma visto che avevo acquistato il suddetto medicinale sempre con la prescrizione dello specialista magari era in torto l'operatore allo sportello consiglio di formare meglio il personale così che possono veramente fare il proprio lavoro per il meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia aperta h24 , e poi fanno pagare 3,50€ di “chiamata notturna” su 18,70€ di farmaco . La cosa ,per altro, mi è nuova in quanto mi è capitato varie volte di andare in orario notturno senza pagare alcun sovrapprezzo, sia in questa farmacia che in altre. Forse andrebbe avvertita la clientela del costo del servizio prima di applicarlo.
Pharmacy open 24 hours a day, and then they charge € 3.50 for a "night call" on € 18.70 of medication. The thing, moreover, is new to me as it happened to me several times to go at night without paying any extra charge, both in this pharmacy and in others. Perhaps customers should be warned of the cost of the service before applying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la prima volta che frequento questa farmacia, essendomi sotto casa. Ultimamente però ho dovuto per motivi personali frequentarla ancora di più e devo dire che mi sono trovata davvero benissimo e mi sono sentita sempre molto accolta! Il personale è tutto gentilissimo, in particolar modo il dottor Simone che si occupa di fare i tamponi fa il suo lavoro con grande professionalità, riservando sempre una buona parola e un sorriso a tutti quanti! Super consigliata!
It is not the first time that I frequent this pharmacy, being near the house. Lately, however, I have had to attend it even more for personal reasons and I must say that I had a really great time and I always felt very welcomed! The staff is all very kind, especially Dr. Simone who takes care of making the tampons does his job with great professionalism, always reserving a good word and a smile to everyone! Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo Francesca e Gemma , clienti della farmacia Imbesi , siamo molto soddisfatte della professionalità che notiamo all' interno della farmacia ma ciò che più ci ha colpite è stata la presenza ottimale di Simone ai tamponi. La sua presenza rassicurante e calorosa nei confronti del pubblico ha reso meno difficile questo periodo di covid. Il suo operato è stato davvero ineccepibile ! Complimenti a Simone ! 10 e lode a Simone !
