★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia pessima. Prenotata la vaccinazione sul servizio on line della regione presso questa farmacia. Decine di tentativi prima di riuscire a trovare un cristo che risponda al telefono per confermare orario dell appuntamento (suona libero ma non rispondono) . Arrivo il giorno dell appuntamento:....ah...ehm.. si... oggi le vaccinazioni non si fanno.........mi risponde una commessa o dottoressina impettita e al limite della scortesia......ma come! avete pure il cellulare e il servizio SMS. Cosa vi costa informare una persona che attraversa la città,si organizza il lavoro per il giorno a seguire in caso di malessere conseguente?......veramente pessimi. Da sconsigliare...... .ora oltretutto non posso più riprenotare........SCONSIGLIATO
Bad pharmacy. Vaccination booked on the region's online service at this pharmacy. Dozens of attempts before being able to find a Christ who answers the phone to confirm the appointment time (it rings free but they don't answer). I arrive on the day of the appointment: .... ah ... ehm .. yes ... today the vaccinations are not done ......... I am answered by a saleswoman or doctor stiff and bordering on rudeness .. ....but how! you also have a mobile phone and SMS service. What does it cost you to inform a person who goes through the city, to organize the work for the following day in case of consequent discomfort? ...... really bad. Not recommended ....... Now I can no longer rebook ........ NOT RECOMMENDED

Questa farmacia è la più vicina a casa mia e prima di lasciare questa recensione ci sono stata più e più volte, ma mi sono stufata di dare soldi a chi non ha voglia di lavorare o forse semplicemente non lo sa fare. In primis nn si sa mai quando fanno i tamponi e se chiami al telefono per sapere gli orari, non risponde MAI nessuno. In compenso però la farmacista bionda che ci lavora, oltre a rispondere puntualmente in modo antipatico e a monossilabi sta sempre appicciata al cellulare. Le attese sono lunghissime anche se ci sono 2 persone in fila. Sembra che ti stiano facendo un favore a venderti farmaci. Siete una farmacia un pò di orientamento al cliente sarebbe gradito, ma forse non ne avete bisogno.
Bad customer orientation.
This pharmacy is the closest to my home and before leaving this review I have been there over and over again, but I got tired of giving money to people who don't want to work or maybe just can't. First of all, you never know when they swab and if you call the phone to find out the times, nobody NEVER answers. On the other hand, however, the blonde pharmacist who works there, in addition to responding punctually in an unpleasant and monossilabi way, is always stuck on her cell phone. The waits are very long even if there are 2 people in line. Looks like they're doing you a favor by selling you drugs. You are a pharmacy some customer orientation would be welcome, but maybe you don't need it.

Stamattina mia moglie e due figli fatto tampone, risultato negativo. Il faidate a casa era positivo, erano stati con me per un giorno intero prima che scoprissi di essere positivo e presentavano sintomi. Rifatto tampone in altra struttura, risultato: tutti positivi.
Avoid making tampons in this pharmacy.
This morning my wife and two children had a swab, negative result. The do-it-yourself at home was positive, they had been with me for a full day before I found out I was positive and they had symptoms. Buffer redone in another structure, result: all positive.
