Preciso che li ho acquistati tramite prenotazione non essendo disponibile il prodotto in farmacia. Mi sto chiedendo chi sia il loro rifornitore?
A star, being impossible to put zero! Bad. I paid full price for products that any online supplier offers at a much lower price. I specify that I purchased them by booking as the product is not available in the pharmacy. I'm wondering who their supplier is?

Mi hanno ricevuto già da l’altra farmacia appartenete che sta vicino la metropolitana San Paolo . Hanno chiamato e hanno avvisato che stavo andando . Nella farmacia persone dai occhi sorridenti , gentili , efficienti .
Sono stata contenta di dare i soldi a loro anzi che alla farmacia più giù sul viale Marconi 481 “Santa Anna “ , che per la seconda volta trovo una impiegata : rimproverante e senza voglia di lavorare .
Spiacente : ma i soldi vanno ai vincitori ??♀️???

I was happy to give the money to them rather than to the pharmacy further down on Viale Marconi 481 “Santa Anna”, which for the second time I find an employee: reproachful and unwilling to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto qui il test rapido covid, giorno dopo mi faceva mal di testa nel punto tra gli sopraciglie, sopra il naso e solo in posizione se inchino la testa giu, durava piu giorni, il test era molto fastidioso, ora leggo nell' articolo francese questo: " non posizionare la testa in iperestensione durante il campionamento: devono rimanere in una posizione naturale, con il mento "parallelo" al terreno."
invece a me in questa farmacia hanno proprio chiaramente inchinato la testa indietro praticamente sbattendomela al muro che si trovava dietro la testa.
aggiornamento: ho letto la risposta, il mal di testa che mi è venuto immediatamente dopo e perdurava quasi una settimana era molto strano e insolito per me, non ho MAI avuto niente di simile, il dolore si sentiva se inchinavo la testa in avanti e se la tenevo dritta non sentivo alcun dolore, (parlando con persone mi hanno detto che cosi si riconoscono i vari problemi con sinusite o seni mascelari, tipo), comunque per me era la prima volta in assoluto ed è venuto dopo il tampone, percio non cambio la valutazione.
I did the quick covid test here, next day I had a headache in the point between the eyebrows, above the nose and only in position if I bow my head down, it lasted several days, the test was very annoying, now I read in the French article this: "do not position the head in hyperextension during the sampling: they must remain in a natural position, with the chin" parallel "to the ground."
instead to me in this pharmacy they just clearly bowed their heads back practically slamming it to the wall that was behind my head.
update: I read the answer, the headache that came to me immediately after and lasted almost a week was very strange and unusual for me, I have NEVER had anything like this, the pain was felt if I bowed my head forward and if I held it straight I did not feel any pain, (talking to people they told me that this is how you recognize the various problems with sinusitis or maxillary sinuses, like), however for me it was the first time ever and it came after the tampon, so I don't change the evaluation.
