★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa ho acquistato una pomata presso la Farmacia Brunetti Dr. Pierluigi e ho presentato la mia tessera sanitaria alla farmacista che mi ha servito. Oggi il mio commercialista mi informa che il documento fiscale/commerciale in mio possesso riporta il codice di una signora nata nel comune di Napoli. Mi sono dunque recato in farmacia per fare lo storno del vecchio scontrino e ottenere uno nuovo con i dati della mia tessera sanitaria. Invito dunque i dipendenti della Farmacia Brunetti Dr. Pierluigi a prestare maggiore attenzione ad abbinare la giusta tessera sanitaria sul documento fiscale/commerciale. A quanto pare sul computer aziendale era ancora registrato il nome della cliente precedente. Con buona pace della riservatezza dei dati dei clienti... Il mio consiglio originato da questa imbarazzante situazione è quello di verificare lo scontrino "parlante" direttamente in farmacia onde evitare problemi per un'eventuale rettifica.

Last week I bought an ointment at the pharmacy Brunetti Dr. Pierluigi and I presented my health card to the pharmacist who served me. Today my accountant tells me that the tax / commercial document in my possession is the code of a lady born in the municipality of Naples. I therefore went to the pharmacy to do the reversal of the old ticket and get a new one with the data of my health card. I call on employees of Brunetti Dr. Pierluigi Pharmacy to pay more attention to match the right health card on tax / commercial document. Apparently the name of the previous customer was still registered on the company computer. With all due respect to the confidentiality of customer data ... My advice originating from this embarrassing situation is to check the "talking" receipt directly at the pharmacy in order to avoid problems for a possible rectification.

Ben fornita, inoltre Si possono richiedere medicinali e fare ordini tramite il contatto di what's app della farmacia (davvero comodo soprattutto in questo periodo) e in caso di necessità possono anche portare i medicinali a domicilio.
