★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a quando i tamponi si facevano in un piccolo locale adiacente la farmacia, in circa un quarto d'ora il tampone era fatto e il green pass emesso.
Ora hanno spostato l'area tamponi in un gazebo esterno, con obbligo di fare la fila sotto il sole (ho visto gente sentirsi male) e la persona che trascrive i dati batte i tasti uno a uno con una lentezza snervante (mentre, nel frattempo, la parte sanitaria del personale addetto ai tamponi attende guardando nel vuoto).
Risultato: dopo questa maldestra riorganizzazione, un tampone che si faceva in un quarto d'ora adesso richiede più di un'ora.
Sconsigliati.
 Until the swabs were done in a small room adjacent to the pharmacy, in about a quarter of an hour the swab was done and the green pass issued.
Now they have moved the buffer area to an outdoor gazebo, with the obligation to queue in the sun (I have seen people feeling sick) and the person who transcribes the data beats the keys one by one with an unnerving slowness (while, in the meantime , the sanitary part of the staff in charge of tampons waits looking into space).
Result: after this clumsy reorganization, a tampon that was done in a quarter of an hour now takes more than an hour.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la domenica chi si occupa del punto tamponi da un DISSERVIZIO quindi consiglio vivamente di recarsi in altre farmacie della zona per evitare di perdere tempo e pazienza.La beffa:oggi il green pass risulta non valido!A conferma che medico e assistente sono lì per sbaglio!Da evitare!
Unfortunately, on Sundays, those who take care of the tampon point from a DISSERVICE therefore I highly recommend going to other pharmacies in the area to avoid wasting time and patience. The joke: today the green pass is invalid! wrong! to avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi a dir poco, ed in costante degrado da mesi, han emesso uno scontrino indicando pagamento effettuato in contanti, quando abbiamo fornito ed utilizzato il bancomat.
Tentando di aver delucidazioni si è generata una situazione a dir poco imbarazzante davanti ad altri clienti arrivando da effettuare il diritto di recesso, ha rilasciato un buono.... qui il cliente non ha "sempre ragione", luogo evitabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dottoressa titolare è molto maleducata. Al momento del pagamento mi ha chiesto se avrei pagato in contanti o con il bancomat, ho risposto bancomat, di conseguenza ho dato il bancomat. Mi ha restituito uno scontrino con su scritto modalità di pagamento contanti. Quando ho fatto notare l'errore ed ho chiesto con gentilezza lo scontrino corretto, maleducatamente la dottoressa mi ha risposto che l'errore era stato mio perché avrei dovuto specificarlo prima del pagamento: cioè non è bastato né rispondere "bancomat" alla domanda "paga in contanti o bancomat?" e né fornire il bancomat.... Alla mia replica, che non fosse un mio errore, la dottoressa ha tenuto a precisare che "lei era la dottoressa titolare e quindi era lei ad aver ragione"...
Non ritornerò mai più in questa farmacia, per fortuna ce ne sono tante altre e sicuramente più professionali dell' "educatissima dottoressa-titolare".
The titular doctor is very rude. At the time of payment he asked me if I would pay in cash or with the ATM, I answered ATM, consequently I gave the ATM. He returned me a receipt with the payment method in cash on it. When I pointed out the error and politely asked for the correct receipt, the doctor rudely replied that the error was mine because I should have specified it before payment: that is, it was not enough to answer "ATM" to the question "pay cash or debit card? " and nor provide an ATM .... To my reply, that it was not my mistake, the doctor wanted to specify that "she was the doctor in charge and therefore she was right" ...
I will never return to this pharmacy, luckily there are many others and certainly more professional than the "very polite doctor-owner".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenti e cordiali, per effettuare i tamponi bisogna prenotare per evitare di fare molta fila, e se hai un urgenza e non hai prenotato cercano di inserirti ugualmente, se in orario di apertura al pubblico.
Competent and friendly, to make the tampons you have to book to avoid queuing up, and if you have an urgency and you have not booked they try to enter anyway, if in opening hours to the public.
