Lo consiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un appuntamento e mi è stato dato per sabato mattina alle 10 (l'orario di apertura è alle 9.30) dopo aver lasciato i miei recapiti telefonici. Dopo aver aspettato mezz'ora e non vedendo arrivare nessuno provo a chiamare sul cellulare senza avere nessuna risposta. Successivamente ho chiamato per avere delle spiegazioni, e magari delle scuse. Niente di tutto questo. Alla larga da così poca professionalità.

Il proprietario mi risponde che ho insistito per l'appuntamento del sabato (giorno in cui il caf risulta aperto e che mi è stato proposto così come l'orario delle 10.) Ribadisco che l'orario di apertura è alle 9.30 e presentarsi un'ora dopo senza avvisare è sicuramente poco professionale,avete tutto il diritto di aprire nei giorni e negli orari che che volete ma se date un appuntamento il minimo è presentarsi. Quanto al numero di cellulare del proprietario l'ho trovato con una ricerca tra le recensioni Google. Che dire poi della loro giustificazione "ho provato a chiamare ma il numero fornito era inesistente..."
Confermata la poca professionalità
I asked for an appointment and it was given for Saturday morning at 10 (opening time is 9.30) after leaving my telephone numbers. After waiting half an hour and not seeing anyone arrive, I try to call my mobile without having any answer. Later I called for an explanation, and maybe an apology. None of this. Stay away from so little professionalism.

The owner replies that I have insisted on the appointment on Saturday (the day when the café is open and that it was proposed to me as well as the 10 am time). now without warning it is certainly unprofessional, you have every right to open on the days and times you want but if you make an appointment the minimum is to show up. As for the owner's mobile number, I found it with a Google review search. What about their justification "I tried to call but the number provided was non-existent ..."
