Si sono dimostrati gentilissimi, professionali, attenti al dettaglio e capaci di offrire un lavoro eccellente. Stefano, suppongo il titolare, si è addirittura messo a ricontrollare (di sua spontanea volontà) tutti i dettagli formali dell'elaborato e vi possono assicurare, per esperienza, che non è una cosa scontata. Sicuramente hanno contribuito a rendere ancora più perfetto il mio grande giorno. Li consiglio assolutamente! Great experience! I recently made him print my master's thesis and I must say that it could not have happened better. They proved to be very kind, professional, attentive to detail and able to offer excellent work. Stefano, I suppose the owner, has even started to double-check (of his own free will) all the formal details of the paper and can assure you, from experience, that it is not something to be taken for granted. Sono andata lì per farmi aiutare con la stampa di una fotografia, mi hanno risposto in malo modo ed inoltre mi hanno fatto una pessima stampa foto. Vi consiglio centro stampa University Lab a poi passi di distanza, super disponibili e competenti e stampe di fotografie più economiche e di tutt’altro livello. Rude staff! I went there to get help with the printing of a photograph, they replied badly and also they made me a bad photo printing. I recommend the University Lab press center, which is super helpful and competent, and cheaper photo prints of a completely different level.

Oltretutto, ho avvertito della possibilità di ritiro del prodotto con qualche minuto di ritardo (ma che era necessario che la prendessi quel giorno perché il giorno dopo avrei dovuto discutere la tesi) e il ragazzo al telefono ha affermato che aveva degli impegni da fare e che non poteva attendermi. Lecito sì. Peccato che quando sono arrivata miracolosamente 2 minuti prima della chiusura, le serrande erano abbassate. Per l’AUDACIA, per il MENEFREGHISMO all’assistenza al cliente, per il lavoro PRESAPPOCHISTA tratti dall’esperienza PESSIMA che ho avuto con questo centro, mi sento di NON CONSIGLIARE la stampa di un così importante prodotto in questo locale. They printed my thesis relatively quickly; however the product has some imperfections with the glue. Moreover, I warned of the possibility of withdrawing the product with a few minutes late (but that it was necessary that I take it that day because the next day I would have to discuss the thesis) and the guy on the phone said that he had some commitments to do and that he couldn't wait for me. Lawful yes. Too bad that when I miraculously arrived 2 minutes before closing, the shutters were down. For the AUDACITY, for the MENEFREGHISM in customer care, for the PRESAPPOCHISTA work drawn from the BAD experience I had with this center, I would NOT RECOMMEND printing such an important product in this place.
