The staff is very trained and courteous, they followed me from the estimate to the installation, suggesting me the type and power of the air conditioner, up to the installation. Really satisfied!

Excellent company, we had a great time, both for the installation and for the maintenance of the air conditioners. Competent and courteous staff, they suggested some precautions to keep my air conditioner at its best and helped in understanding the functions. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leroy Merlin come molti sapranno offre ai suoi clienti il servizio di posa,avendo acquistato un condizionatore inverter abbiamo chiesto il servizio per l' installazione,dopo 10 giorni dalla messa in funzione ha cominciato a perdere acqua dall' unità interna,è stato immediatamente segnalato il problema alla ditta,hanno chiesto delle foto,sono state mandate le foto sia dello split che del tubo di condensa,hanno risposto che avrebbero fatto un pronto intervento per risolvere il problema... NULLA! Sono pessimi e sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda,e ora ovviamente farò presente del problema anche a chi ce li ha mandati, Leroy Merlin
Leroy Merlin, as many will know, offers its customers the installation service, having purchased an inverter air conditioner we asked for the installation service, after 10 days from commissioning it began to leak water from the indoor unit, the problem to the company, they asked for photos, photos of both the split and the condensate pipe were sent, they replied that they would do an immediate intervention to solve the problem ... NOTHING! They are very bad and I strongly advise against this company, and now of course I will also point out the problem to those who sent them to us, Leroy Merlin

Mi hanno installato due condizionatori comprati da leroy merlin nel giro di una settimana, preparati ad ogni mia richiesta e puliti nel lavorare.
Li ho richiamati per spiegazioni riguardo le funzioni del telecomando che non capivo e subito mi hanno risolto la problematica. La consiglio sicuramente.
Timely and professional.
They installed two air conditioners bought from leroy merlin within a week, prepared to my every request and cleaned up at work.
I called them up for explanations about the remote control functions that I didn't understand and they immediately solved the problem. I would definitely recommend it.
