★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occasione unica al mondo per visitare la Bottega del Maestro : Mastro Cencio, ossia Vincenzo Dobboloni, vero " falisco ", artista versatile con le mani d'oro, produttore di ceramiche d'imitazione archeologica.
Varcando il primo gradino della sua Bottega si fa immediatamente un tuffo nel passato e nella storia : anfore greche-etrusche, crateri falisci come la copia del famoso e celeberrimo "Cratere dell'Aurora", skyphos, ekithos, lekanos, buccheri, ecc ecc. Ed inoltre, piatti e panate ad imitazione medievale viterbese, col decoro definito " famiglia verde ", istoriati, boccali, mattoni rinascimentali, lustri.......
Vale la pena inserire sempre una visita al suo laboratorio, ogni volta che si torna a Civita Castellana per ammirare il Duomo Cosmatesco ed il Forte Sangallo con il suo Museo Archeologico dell'Agro Falisco.
E vi assicuro che è irresistibile uscire senza avere acquistato almeno un piccolo manufatto d'imitazione.....
