M	Marco Bevilacqua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dovuto soggiornare in questo posto per un viaggio di lavoro, prenoto con più di un mese di anticipo su Booking, ma circa 15gg prima del soggiorno, il lavoro mi viene annullato e il rimborso tarderà a farsi vedere dalla società he mi aveva contattato. Chiamo la struttura per cercare di recuperare l’intero importo e non solo il 50% come avevo letto sull app di booking, ma la proprietaria mi fa dei discorsi riguardanti percentuali di booking per la quale non è possibile rimborsarmi (180€ di camera per una notte, neanche fossimo in Costa smeralda, e sto avvisando con 2 settimane di anticipo). Torno sull app di booking e leggo che posso fare richiesta alla struttura per avere il rimborso completo, la mando allegata ad una mail di cortesia e vengo completamente ignorato. Sicuramente la colpa principale è di chi non mi sta rimborsando una cosa che ho pagato, non per affari miei, bensì per lavoro, ma il servizio per questa pratica è stato ridicolo, sicuramente non soggiorneró lì se mai dovró andarci. E consiglio di non prenotare in questo posto se ci fosse la possibilità che vogliate un rimborso. I should have stayed in this place for a business trip, I book more than a month in advance on Booking, but about 15 days before the stay, the job is canceled and the refund will be late in being seen by the company that had contacted me. I call the structure to try to recover the full amount and not just 50% as I had read on the booking app, but the owner talks to me about booking percentages for which it is not possible to reimburse me (180 € of room for a night, even we were not in Costa Smeralda, and I'm giving notice 2 weeks in advance). I go back to the booking app and read that I can apply to the structure for a full refund, I send it attached to a courtesy email and I am completely ignored. Surely the main fault is of those who are not reimbursing me for something I paid, not for my business, but for work, but the service for this practice was ridiculous, certainly I will not stay there if I ever have to go there. And I recommend not booking this place if there is a chance you want a refund.

Ho dormito nella stanza che ha ospitato Bruno Barbieri, è bellissima, il caminetto con le candele lo trovato molto romantico e il letto comodissimo, ho riposato tutta la notte. La colazione abbondante, con prodotti fatti in casa e molto buoni. The Hotel is in the center. The structure is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The owner is very hospitable. The rooms are wonderful. I slept in the room that hosted Bruno Barbieri, it is beautiful, I found the fireplace with candles very romantic and the bed very comfortable, I rested all night. The abundant breakfast, with homemade and very good products.

Camera Borgia: non ci sono numeri per identificare la bellezza della stanza.... Vasca idromassaggio, frigo bar incluso, asciugamani morbidi, ciabattine incluse, se poi è un giorno particolare come il nostro, compleanno di mio marito, anche lo champagne è incluso. Vi consiglio di prenotare direttamente con la struttura, sono molto disponibili e costa meno. Allo stesso tempo potete organizzare, sempre prenotando con la struttura, un aperitivo nella loro cantina, anche questo consigliatissimo. Presente anche una SPA da pagare a parte, anche questa merita. I proprietari sono delle belle persone e se lo desiderate vi possono fare conoscere meglio la storia di Civita Castellana, una passeggiata ricca di bellezze e di aneddoti raccontati da chi ama la sua città. Highly recommended ... Ancient and well restored structure maintaining the history of the place. Borgia Room: there are no numbers to identify the beauty of the room .... Jacuzzi, mini bar included, soft towels, slippers included, if it's a special day like ours, my husband's birthday, champagne is also included . I recommend you book directly with the hotel, they are very helpful and cost less. At the same time you can organize, always booking with the structure, an aperitif in their cellar, also highly recommended. There is also a SPA to be paid separately, this too deserves. The owners are nice people and if you wish they can introduce you to the history of Civita Castellana, a walk full of beauties and anecdotes told by those who love their city.

Abbiamo usufruito della spa per due per brindare l'arrivo del nuovo anno ed è stato magico.. Pulizia e silenzio rendono il soggiorno difficile da lasciare andare! Torneremo sicuramente e naturalmente lo straconsigliamo The structure is lovely, the lady and her son are kind and attentive to guests' needs, the food is excellent. We used the spa for two to toast the arrival of the new year and it was magical .. Cleanliness and silence make the stay difficult to let go! We will definitely come back and of course we highly recommend it

Altissimo livello dei servizi (Camera dei Borgia meravigliosa), la cortesia della sig.ra Clara, della sua famiglia e di tutto lo staff che vi collabora sempre attenti e disponibili nei confronti del cliente. Il servizio ristorazione è eccezionale, curato nei dettagli, prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. Presto torneremo.... Despite our short stay, we can only highly recommend this beautiful property. Very high level of services (wonderful Chamber of Borgia), the courtesy of Mrs. Clara, her family and all the staff who work there always attentive and available towards the customer. The restaurant service is exceptional, with attention to detail, fresh products of excellent quality. We will be back soon ....
A	Arianna Guarducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura la notte del primo gennaio e siamo stati gentilmente accolti dalla proprietaria che ci ha organizzato un ottima cena con tagliere e vino in una delle splendide sale della dimora, intorno era tutto chiuso e lei è stata gentilissima. Ci ha fatto fare un tour del palazzo storico da lei divinamente ristrutturato. Dalle camere, alle sale interne, il cortile, il ristorante e la spa privata, tutto bellissimo. Risultato di un raro connubio di equilibri tra antico e contemporaneo. Un luogo che consigliamo a chiunque voglia concedersi dei giorni di relax e qualità nel cuore della Tuscia. Complimenti ancora, ci siamo trovati divinamente e torneremo sicuramente! We stayed in this wonderful structure on the night of January 1st and we were kindly welcomed by the owner who organized an excellent dinner with cutting board and wine in one of the splendid rooms of the house, all around was closed and she was very kind. She took us on a tour of the historic palace she had divinely restored. From the rooms, to the internal halls, the courtyard, the restaurant and the private spa, everything is beautiful. Result of a rare combination of balances between ancient and contemporary. A place that we recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy days of relaxation and quality in the heart of Tuscia. Congratulations again, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
