★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too old hotel with out wi fi .. very bad location and the most idiot behavior from the reseption.. that people is not possible to work at hotels..breakfast is too poor and disgusting....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A/C control doesn’t work. A/C makes huge noises. Toilet doesn’t flush. Front desk does’t care to change room for us. WORST experience in Italy EVER! Don’t come here everyone! SHAME ON YOU ROMA DOMUS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst hotel in Europe that i habe ever stayed in my entire life! 1) customer service doesn't exist here! 2) Breakfast is not prepared on time, guest have to outside for table to be ready! Dont dream of even sinple breakfast, they only serve hard & expired bread , jam, butter and only corn flakes, thats all! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVELLERS AND TOURISTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the place could use some fixing up the rooms are clean and suitable for a short stay. A big advantage is te distance frome Rome. It's near enough to travel easily and far enough to have peace and quiet.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English better than in previous hotels we have visited. A small downer is the lack of sufficient power outlets in the room which is a problem if you need to charge multiple devices such as laptops, phones or camera's
