★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì 25 Aprile dopo più di un'ora di attesa e ripetute lamentele per completa assenza e incapacità del personale di servizio , ci arrivano solo due portate su quattro ordinate e la cameriera ci dice che " non é colpa sua" e che ha mal di testa . Quando finalmente arriva la terza portata ci accorgiamo non corrispondere assolutamente a quella ordinata ( pasta al tartufo invece che tagliata ) .
rimandiamo indietro la portata sbagliata e quella giusta non é mai arrivata , ( mia moglie rimane senza pranzo ) .Al momento di pagare chiediamo spiegazioni e viene fuori un signore "cortese" che ci apostrofa dicendomi che non capisco un c.........
Che il loro locale é pieno e quindi ci sta tutto il comportamento dello staff . Dopo usciti lo stesso ci insegue insultandoci davanti a molte persone e alzando le mani su di me . Mi riprometto di dare seguito a questa brutta vicenda che ha creato un danno a me e alla mia famiglia in un giorno di festa .
Non è un posto in cui consiglio nessuno di andare perché è a vostro rischio e pericolo.
Monday, April 25th after more than an hour of waiting and repeated complaints for complete absence and inability of the service personnel, we receive only two courses on four orders and the waitress tells us that "it is not his fault" and that he has a headache . When the third course finally arrives we realize that it does not correspond absolutely to the ordered one (pasta with truffles instead of cut).
we send back the wrong course and the right one has never arrived, (my wife remains without lunch). At the time of payment we ask for explanations and a "courteous" gentleman comes out to us who addresses us saying that I don't understand a ...... ...
That their place is full and therefore there is all the staff's behavior. After coming out the same chases us by insulting us in front of many people and raising our hands on me. I plan to follow up on this ugly story that has caused damage to me and my family on a day of celebration.
It is not a place where I advise anyone to go because it is at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se sperduto nel nulla, mi è capitato di venire a Sant'Oreste per un giorno di lavoro. Tralascio il commento sull'outlet, ma a me questo ristorante è piaciuto parecchio. L'amatriciana era spettacolare e la braciola e salsiccia alla griglia erano gustosissime !!! Personale simpatico e servizio veloce.
Although lost in the void, I happened to come to Sant'Oreste for a day's work. I omit the comment on the outlet, but I really liked this restaurant. The amatriciana was spectacular and the grilled chop and sausage were yummy !!! Friendly staff and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante all'interno dell'outlet. Cucina buona, abbiamo mangiato polenta con salsicce. Prezzi medio bassi. Comodo per famiglie. Nessun problema per carrozzine e deambulazione. Grande parcheggio all'esterno dell'outlet. Bagni presenti.
Restaurant inside the outlet. Good cuisine, we ate polenta with sausages. Medium-low prices. Comfortable for families. No problem for wheelchairs and walking. Large parking lot outside the outlet. Bathrooms present.
