★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati oggi doppi esser stati alle terme ed è stata veramente una scoperta questo posto dall'aria casalinga. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali veramente ottimo, 1 tagliata , 1 bistecca chianina locale entrambi i piatti veramente ottima la ciccia, di contorno 1 insalata, 1 cicoria. Ottimo il vino della casa quasi 1 LT dolcetto fatto da loro buono,2 caffè 1 amaro abbiamo speso 70€ diciamo che la carne ha fatto alzare il costo ma diciamo che nel totale delle cose siamo stati bene...lo consiglio
 We were twice today having been to the spa and it was truly a discovery this place with a homely feel. We ate a really good appetizer of local cold cuts and cheeses, 1 tagliata, 1 local Chianina steak, both dishes really good the ciccia, side dish 1 salad, 1 chicory. Excellent house wine almost 1 LT dolcetto made by them good, 2 coffees 1 bitter we spent € 70 let's say that the meat raised the cost but let's say that in total we were good ... I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si torna sempre con gran piacere e gioia a mangiare da Maurizio e da tutta la sua bella famiglia che negli anni ha saputo curare e far crescere. Il locale è caratteristico, di pregio la veranda esterna. Si può mangiare al caldo all'interno e nella bella stagione all'aperto. Non ho mai visto un menù così tanto ricco in altri posti: padroneggiano i prodotti tipici locali, formaggi, salumi, insaccati e varie altre leccornie. L'influsso della cucina è quello tipico del Lazio con contaminazioni romane. Puoi trovare agnello alla scottadito, maialino porchettato, come piatti di pasta semplici o cicoria. I prezzi sono modici ed i tempi d'attesa adeguati. Consiglio assolutamente di andarci a pranzare o a cena. Ottime anche le pizze. Secondo me è comunque sulle paste e sulla carne alla brace che il locale dà il meglio di sé. Da ultimo va segnalata la cornice di San Martino al Cimino, una vera garanzia, un gioiello incastonato nella Tuscia viterbese.
We always return with great pleasure and joy to eat at Maurizio's and all his beautiful family who over the years has been able to take care of and make them grow. The restaurant is characteristic, the external veranda is valuable. You can eat indoors and in the warm season outdoors. I have never seen such a rich menu in other places: they master the typical local products, cheeses, meats, sausages and various other delicacies. The influence of the cuisine is typical of Lazio with Roman influences. You can find lamb alla scottadito, suckling pig, as simple pasta dishes or chicory. The prices are moderate and the waiting times are adequate. I absolutely recommend going there for lunch or dinner. The pizzas are also excellent. In my opinion, however, it is on pastas and grilled meat that the restaurant gives its best. Lastly, the setting of San Martino al Cimino should be mentioned, a real guarantee, a jewel set in the Viterbo Tuscia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it. It seems that the recipe for a good restaurant is two Polish sisters and a Italian chef. The food is amazing and the service even better. We ordered 4 different dishes with 4 different pastas and still they were all served timely. They all tastes amazing.
