★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il mio forno ideale. Pizzette sfornate da prima mattina a mezzogiorno. Buonissime come quelle dell'infanzia. Da provare assolutamente quella con i fiori di zucca, ma anche la più semplice pizza al pomodoro è ottima, ben lievitata, ben cotta per niente unta. Bravi!
I found my ideal oven. Small pizzas baked from early morning to midday. Very good like those of childhood. Absolutely to try the one with courgette flowers, but even the simplest tomato pizza is excellent, well leavened, well cooked and not at all greasy. Well done!
