Molto buona la crema al cucchiaio come dolce, il menù è molto ampio, il posto carino. Il locale è a due passi dalla Chiesa principale del Borgo, davvero bellissima. We returned after a couple of years with high expectations, but we did not find the same pleasures in the chosen dishes and we were a bit disappointed, too bad. The spoon cream is very good as a dessert, the menu is very wide, the place is nice. The restaurant is a stone's throw from the main church of the Borgo, really beautiful.

Ho molto apprezzato le specialità locali, le carni soprattutto. Piatti ben cucinati e porzioni abbondanti. Small and welcoming, located at the foot of the Abbey of San Martino al Cimino. Friendly staff and the possibility of eating gluten-free. I enjoyed the local specialties, especially the meats. Well cooked dishes and generous portions.

Abbiamo preso un piccolo antipasto di salumi e formaggi i primi e per finire i dolci, purtroppo non entrava più nulla :) Lo consiglio vivamente, io ci ritornerò di sicuro anche perché devo assaggiare i secondi ;) Located in a hamlet, a very quiet place for those who want to get out of the chaos of the city and enjoy really very tasty dishes and the highest quality of raw materials. We took a small appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses for the first courses and to finish the desserts, unfortunately nothing entered anymore :) I highly recommend it, I will return there for sure also because I have to taste the main courses;)

Consiglio: lumbrichelli carbonara e tartufo, cacio e pepe anche se non la farei con i paccheri è molto buona, la tagliata col lardo, in fine le cicorie. Il personale gentile e attento anche per gli amici pet. All very good. The restaurant of the pergola is really nice and welcoming, the perfumes then conquer you instantly. Tip: lumbrichelli carbonara and truffle, cheese and pepper, even if I wouldn't do it with paccheri, it's very good, the cut with lard, finally the chicory. The staff are polite and attentive even for pet friends.
