E	Elena Bertucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In occasione di una visita al vicino castello Ruspoli, abbiamo cercato un posto un po' particolare dove mangiare, per non andare a trovare sempre le stesse cose trite e ritrite, e lo abbiamo trovato!! Un po' nascosto, questo locale già dall'ingresso mostra tutto il suo stile. Arredi deliziosi, ricercati, ma non pacchiani nè stancanti, pochissimi tavoli, e un gestore che davvero ti accoglie come a casa. Ci siamo seduti in un tavolino d'angolo, lo spazio davvero ampio per ogni persona, e l'oste ci ha portati i menù, nonchè un codice QR con il quale accedere ai menù sul web, con il WIFI aperto del locale. La scelta non è ampissima, ma tutto quello che viene cucinato e servito ha una cura e una particolarità che non si trova in molti altri luoghi. In 4, abbiamo preso due antipasti misti di salumi e formaggi, due tagliatelle al ragù di fegatelli, una gricia, e uno "Gnudo", che il titolare ci ha spiegato essere linterno dei ravioli, rivisitato. Buonissimo tutto. Poi un pollo con pomodori secchi, a spezzatino, anch'esso ottimo. Dolce, caffè (servito direttamente nella moka, una chicca!!) liquorino, per un totale di 110 euro, più che onesto. Piatti abbondanti e davvero buonissimi. Ci torneremo, sicuro. Ovviamente, meglio prenotare, per l'esiguità dei posti, Ah, e l'oste fa tutto da sè... instancabile e di compagnia! Yummy everything. Then a chicken with dried tomatoes, stew, also excellent. Dessert, coffee (served directly in the moka, a gem !!) liqueur, for a total of 110 euros, more than honest. Poi il menù che offre è veramente di buona qualità con porzioni corpose. Insomma i classici sapori di una volta con una buona dose di ricercatezza ma con prezzi onesti e adeguati , poi se si aggiunge che il titolare, nonché cameriere, nonché consulente è di una simpatia veramente degna di nota non si può non considerare di ritornarci perché le 5 stelle sicuramente non rendono abbastanza l'idea della positività che certi luoghi regalano abbinando sapori, piaceri della vista e cortesia che possono essere solo che premiati da una buona e sana frequentazione. L	Luca Lucchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un locale raccolto ma accogliente in maniera inaspettata.. il cibo è eccezionale, tutto veramente ad altissimo livello ma allo stesso tempo leggero.. un'osteria di altissimo livello per il cibo, l'accoglienza e la cortesia dei proprietari.. se passate a Vallerano sicuramente non dovete mancare di mangiare qui.. ottimo It is a cozy but unexpectedly welcoming place .. the food is exceptional, all really at the highest level but at the same time light .. a very high level tavern for food, hospitality and courtesy of the owners .. if you pass in Vallerano you certainly must not miss to eat here .. excellent
