C	Chiara Manganaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati di passaggio per un pranzo veloce vicino all'autostrada e ce ne siamo innamorati! Abbiamo mangiato due piatti di pasta(amatriciana e gricia), un piatto di carciofi alla romana e due dolci (una sfoglia con crema pasticcera e fragole e una sbrisolona con ricotta e cioccolato) ed era tutto davvero ottimo. Inoltre ci hanno portato dei grissini fatti da loro e molto gustosi.Il personale è gentile e alla mano. La sala è un po' vetusta, ma passa in secondo piano davanti al buon cibo. Ciò che ho elencato + una bibita, un'acqua e 2 caffè=52 euro We stopped in passing for a quick lunch near the highway and loved it! We ate two pasta dishes (amatriciana and gricia), a plate of Roman-style artichokes and two desserts (a pastry with custard and strawberries and a sbrisolona with ricotta and chocolate) and it was all really good. They also brought us some very tasty breadsticks made by them.The staff is kind and easy going. The dining room is a bit outdated, but it takes a back seat when it comes to good food. What I have listed + a soft drink, a water and 2 coffees = 52 euros

È stata un'ottima scelta, realizzando uno dei migliori pasti di tutto il viaggio: piatti tipici laziali e non, saporiti e ben conditi, anche generosi con le porzioni con un occhio di riguardo anche all'impiattamento. I dolci sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta: eleganti e buonissimi. Da segnare su Google maps, certamente ritorneremo! (P.S. Un enorme braciere troneggia ardente dietro il bancone, sarà oggetto del nostro prossimo passaggio) Looking for a stop on the way home we stopped at this restaurant about 100m from the motorway exit. It was an excellent choice, making one of the best meals of the whole trip: typical Lazio and non-Lazio dishes, tasty and well seasoned, even generous with portions with an eye on the dish as well. The desserts were the icing on the cake: elegant and delicious. To be marked on Google maps, we will certainly return! (P.S. A huge brazier reigns ablaze behind the counter, it will be the subject of our next step)

Locale molto ampio un po’ impersonale, personale professionale e veloce. Abbiamo scelto strozzapreti all’Amatriciana , buoni e gustosi, e strozzapreti Cacio pepe e pancetta croccante. Deliziosi! Da segnalare anche i carciofi alla Romana. Ampio parcheggio. We had lunch in this restaurant which is located just over a hundred meters from the Magliano Sabina A1 exit. Very large and somewhat impersonal venue, professional and fast staff. We chose strozzapreti all'Amatriciana, good and tasty, and strozzapreti Cacio pepe and crispy bacon. Delicious! Also noteworthy are the artichokes alla Romana. Ample parking.

P	Paul Berryman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps it’s because I visited in January, but I was the only diner in the whole restaurant at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Thankfully the staff were excellent, as was the food. I can highly recommend the prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella for starter and the rosemary infused steak for secondi. The staff were that good, that they chased me when I left the restaurant to give me €20 back as I had left one note too many for the bill.

Good and tasty food, especially meat ? it’s normal restaurant, with typical food. You can go there for dinner, only for eat, not to dance and make a party. Quite dinner, tasty food, and good wine.
