Locale rusticheggiante... con annesso spaccio per acquisto di salumi, guanciali...e confetture di frutta e verdure . CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Dimenticavo.....se trovate macchie sul tovagliato....le abbiamo procurate noi con il vino rosso...anzi no.....Dario ...come al suo solito....
 La Tagliata, an ideal place to eat high quality meat (of various types). Numerous tastings of appetizers, (all products of their production). Rustic restaurant ... with adjoining shop for the purchase of cured meats, pillows ... and fruit and vegetable jams. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I forgot ..... if you find stains on the tablecloths .... we got them with red wine ... or rather no ..... Dario ... as usual ....

Buonissimi e abbondanti anche gli antipasti le paste fresche e i dolci. Le materie prime sono principalmente di produzione propria. Prezzi corretti
Very quiet place with very nice and nice staff. Lots of high quality meat dishes with different cooking methods. The appetizers, fresh pastas and desserts are also delicious and abundant. The raw materials are mainly of own production. Correct prices

I flew in from Chicago with my 3 friends specifically to eat at this restaurant, but we were denied entry and were told that all the tables had been reserved, although we were the only customers present. We wept openly in the parking lot, and one of my friends was inconsolable. We may charter a helicopter next weekend from our bunga-bunga villa on the Tyrhennenian coast, but, naturally, we will make a reservation. 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waist your time going all the way up there for a slow service and mandatory temperatures for your meat, dictated by an owner that will serve you hard and chewy cheap meats. Zero flexibility=zero going back to this place. Not good meat=not going back to this place.
