Cercando un pernottamento in città ci hanno indirizzato al monastero di Santa Caterina d'Alessandria. Luogo che fu trasformato da convento di clausura ,poi in convento con scuola e ora offre alloggio ai turisti. Vi accoglie suor Ildebranda con braccia aperte e un grande sorriso. Lei che ha passato la suo intera vita (89 anni) vi fa trovare come a casa il calore e affetto . La struttura offre dieci stanze con bagno al interno . Non vi aspettate di trovare la TV , Internet la Spa... No questo no ma aspettatevi una vista mozzafiato dei dintorni appena guardate fuori dalla finestra, aspettatevi il silenzio in tutto x tutto e molto importante Aspettatevi di dormire come una volta quando nn c'erano tutti i multimedia x distraevi. La colazione viene data con tutti prodotti fatto da loro dalla marmellata ai biscotti , tra altri veramente buonissimi. Si ha la possibilità di pranzare o cenare anche lì se lo si desidera . Noi siamo stati accolti e trattati come fossimo dei ospiti di lunga data con cortesia e amore . In quanto suor Ildebranda , lei che ti travolge con semplicità e ti resta nel cuore ha lasciato un segno . Looking for an overnight stay in the city they directed us to the monastery of St. Catherine of Alexandria. Place that was transformed from a cloistered convent, then into a convent with school and now offers accommodation to tourists. Sr. Ildebranda welcomes you with open arms and a big smile. She who has spent her whole life (89 years) makes you find warmth and affection at home. The structure offers ten rooms with bathroom inside. Do not expect to find the TV, the Internet, the Spa ... No, this is not, but expect a breathtaking view of the surroundings as soon as you look out the window, expect silence in everything x everything and very important Expect to sleep like you used to when there weren't any multimedia x distracted. Breakfast is given with all products made by them from jam to biscuits, among others really delicious. You can also have lunch or dinner there if you wish.
