Prezzo giusto. Spacious and elegant room with a panoramic view, courteous staff, excellent food, well cooked with a touch of refinement even when served and attention to special needs such as allergies. Fair price.

Possibilità di pagare con bancomat e carte di credito. Menù alla carta di carne e pesce solo nel weekend. Cantina di vini ben fornita. L'antipasto del poggio è da assaggiare, vasta scelta di salumi particolari. Potrete gustare la tipica pasta locale "il fieno" sia al ragù sia ai porcini. L'agnello è squisito ma reputo che il piatto forte sia il carciofo alla giudia fritto alla perfezione croccante all'esterno e morbido dentro. I dolci a dir poco squisiti e freschissimi. Il caffè è la barricata finali sono d'obbligo. Poter gustare il cibo curato nei minimi dettagli all'aperto non è da sottovalutare. V	Valeri dor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta arrivati a vignanello e visiti il castello,non puoi non entrare in questo ristorante ricavato da uno splendido palazzo d'epoca ristrutturato.. il menù è diverso dal solito classico, infatti ho voluto provare il maialino con le castagne,da leccarsi i baffi,carne che si scioglie in bocca e anche i ravioli alle castagne buonissimi e per finire dolce del luogo il mattone non ricordo il seguito davvero interessante. Soddisfatti in tutto ,location ,sapori , servizio e conto,che dire lo consiglio sicurament a pieni evoti? Once you arrive in Vignanello and visit the castle, you cannot fail to enter this restaurant housed in a splendid renovated period building .. the menu is different from the usual classic, in fact I wanted to try the suckling pig with chestnuts, mouth-watering , meat that melts in the mouth and also the very good chestnut ravioli and to finish the sweet of the place, the brick I don't remember the really interesting sequel. Satisfied in everything, location, flavors, service and bill, what about I definitely recommend it fully evoti?

Il mio menù ( coppa di cinghiale, fieno aglio olio peperoncino e funghi, fagiano ai marroni e dolce al cucchiaio sempre con castagne) è stato un crescendo di sapori e bontà Delicious typical dishes, friendly owner and good connoisseur. My menu (cup of wild boar, hay, garlic, oil, chilli and mushrooms, pheasant with chestnuts and a spoon dessert always with chestnuts) was a crescendo of flavors and goodness

Gli spazi sia interni che esterni sono molto ampi e gli ambienti sono sia eleganti che moderni. Il cibo è ottimo, sicuramente non è per chi vuole mangiare gourmet o ricercare esperienze culinarie particolari. Comunque il menù è attinenente ai prodotti locali, le combinazioni di sapori sono accurate e ben studiate, insomma si finisce il pasto con una piacevole sensazione di soddisfazione per quello che si è mangiato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Quantità delle porzioni a mio avviso perfette. Ritengo questo ristorante un punto di riferimento nel viterbese per tutte quelle occasioni elencate all'inizio. Suitable place for all circumstances. Perfect for ceremonies, also excellent for business lunches, dinners with friends, romantic dinners. Both internal and external spaces are very large and the rooms are both elegant and modern. The food is excellent, certainly not for those who want to eat gourmet or seek special culinary experiences. However, the menu is relevant to local products, the combinations of flavors are accurate and well studied, in short, you finish the meal with a pleasant feeling of satisfaction for what you have eaten. Excellent quality / price ratio. Quantity of portions in my opinion perfect. I consider this restaurant a point of reference in the Viterbo area for all those occasions listed at the beginning.
