Personale cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, dopo anni ho trovato la prima pizza senza glutine che mi ha ricordato i sapori che avevo dimenticato. Consigliatissimo! Varied menu and prices adapted to the local market. Friendly and helpful staff at every request, after years I found the first gluten-free pizza that reminded me of the flavors I had forgotten. Highly recommended!

Prezzi moderati, nel contesto accogliente del Balletti Park Hotel e nel frescco di San Martino al Cimino. Excellent cuisine. g	guido fantini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante ed il personale si presentano molto bene, ottime potenzialità, molto da migliorare. 60 euro per un antipasto per due persone (di cui 1 celiaco), due calici di vino, due paste al tartufo e un dolce possono essere un prezzo adeguato se giustificati da un buon servizio e buona qualità dei piatti. - due bicchieri dello stesso vino serviti con differenza di un dito l'uno dall'altro (uno più pieno/vuoto dell'altro) indispone chi ne riceve meno - due porzioni di pasta (la stessa, al tartufo nero) con unica differenza il senza glutine richiesto su una delle due non possono essere l'una (quella senza glutine) la metà dell'altra. In quella con glutine in una metà c'era del formaggio ben visibile (e che non c'era nell'altra metà). Diciamo che uno metta il parmigiano nella pasta al tartufo, ce lo mette ovunque o almeno mischia bene. Così denota sciatteria, se non fa venire il dubbio di un riciclo di un cliente precedente. Non ci voglio credere né pensare. Diciamo sciatteria nell'impiattamento. - un semifreddo non può essere congelato, nella fattispece una base alla crema non può, sotto i denti, scricchiolare perché ancora congelata. Nota positiva servizio rapido, ma comunque in tutto il ristorante c'erano circa 10 clienti. Nella mia opinione questo rende le disattenzioni in cucina ancora più gravi. Quando la sala è piena che succede? Per questi motivi 60 euro non sono giustificati. Basta poco per fare di meglio, per piacere fatelo. In the one with gluten in one half there was clearly visible cheese (and that was not in the other half). Note the rapid service, but there were around 10 customers throughout the restaurant. In my opinion this makes carelessness in the kitchen even more serious. What happens when the room is full? For these reasons 60 euros are not justified. It doesn't take much to do better, please do it.
D	Diego Ubaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dicembre 2021 non riesco più ad ordinare pizza da asporto, avrò chiamato almeno 40 volte e sempre mi è stato risposto che non facevano la pizza quella sera o che il forno era spento (anche nel weekend), peccato perché la pizza è buonissima, se avete deciso di togliere il servizio da asporto scrivetelo, invece di inventare scuse e rispondere anche male.
