Proprietaria molto dolce e accogliente premurosa e attenta a mantenere le vecchie tradizioni, tutto cucinato a mano compresa la colazione consigliato! Spartan but clean and welcoming place, old fashioned inn. Very sweet and welcoming owner, caring and careful to keep the old traditions, all cooked by hand including breakfast advised!

Chiedo il parmigiano per i primi, mi arriva una vaschetta con 3 cucchiaini di numero da cospargere sui primi...mah fettuccine al ragù with a flavorless liquid tomato sauce, uncoordinated by the meat and two grams of meat - the fettuccine I expected artisanal instead of industrial - I order the steak, the most expensive dish on the menu, low and hard to cut. I ask for Parmesan for the first courses, I get a tray with 3 teaspoons of number to sprinkle on the first ... well
m	mario graceffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esco stamattina dall'albergo dopo tre giorni, la camera è pulita e il proprietario cordiale e gentile, la mia recensione è negativa perché non si può tenere il cliente in pieno gennaio con la camera fredda soltanto x risparmiare 5 euro di gas, il secondo giorno li ho chiamati e dopo varie scuse assurde sono venuti ad accendere il riscaldamento, ieri e anche stamattina che vado via riscaldamento spento, COSÌ NON SI FA I leave the hotel this morning after three days, the room is clean and the owner friendly and kind, my review is negative because you can't keep the customer in the middle of January with a cold room only to save 5 euros of gas, the second day I called them and after various absurd excuses they came to turn on the heating, yesterday and also this morning that I go away heating off, SO YOU DON'T

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie sabato 24 luglio. I proprietari sono veramente delle persone gentilissime e disponibilissime. Abbiamo fatto anche la cena e la colazione e devo dire che siamo rimasti meravigliati talmente erano buone le pietanze e le porzioni abbondanti (tutto fatto da loro!!). Posto super raccomandato. Camere pulite, ma veramente pulite. We were passing through because we were coming from Milan and we were headed to Calabria but we wanted to break the journey. My wife and I stayed on Saturday 24th July. The owners are really very kind and extremely helpful people. We also had dinner and breakfast and I must say that we were amazed how good the dishes were and the large portions (all made by them !!). Super recommended place. Clean rooms, but really clean.

Nonostante avessimo prenotato con un wonderlast box regalo per due notti, due cene e due colazioni, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Pur sapendo che di quelle box a loro rimanga ben poco, non si sono risparmiati... Guardate la colazione e ditemi se non è 5 stelle. Il sign. Bruno è un host eccezionale. Sensibile, premuroso, disponibile e cortese. Le stanze pulite ed accoglienti. La registrazione si fa al ristorante il Cantinone è da lì si fanno 50mt per le stanze. Se siete in zona è l'occasione giusta per visitare L'ABBAZIA Benedettina di Farfa (cercatelo nel mio profilo), Fara Sabina ed il suo picoolo ma prestigioso museo ed il muse dell'olio a Castelnuovo di Farfa. Grazie davvero per L'accoglienza. A very pleasant experience. Although we had booked with a wonderlast gift box for two nights, two dinners and two breakfasts, we didn't miss anything. Even knowing that they have very little left of those boxes, they did not spare themselves ... Look at the breakfast and tell me if it is not 5 stars. The sign. Bruno is an exceptional host. Sensitive, thoughtful, helpful and courteous. The clean and welcoming rooms. Registration is done at the Cantinone restaurant and from there you walk 50 meters to the rooms. If you are in the area this is the right occasion to visit THE Benedictine ABBEY of Farfa (look for it in my profile), Fara Sabina and its small but prestigious museum and the oil museum in Castelnuovo di Farfa. E	EagerFilms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Cantinone is a wonderful restaurant for a very good price. Everything is fresh and made with love. Great service! If you ever get the chance to eat their traditional made Polenta in October, you won’t regret!
P	PR ACCT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This casual little restaurant in Castelnuovo di Farfa is great. I loved their terrace and the food. The owners were super nice. And Anna's tiramisu was simply the best tiramisu I ever had in my life (I am obsessed with tiramisu and tried hundreds but this one is the best). I wold come here with my American friend and sit there for 2-3 hours because dining in Italy is prolonged dining :)
