g	g b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEL PANORAMA MA VIENI MANGIATO Bel panorama, splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne che circondano la struttura, ma ......... Reception inesistente, sporadica presenza di una figlia del gestore; Domanda del giorno: che vi rifacciamo le stanze o ci pensate voi; E poi la colazione: tavoli apparecchiati solo con un piatto di fette biscottate e marmellata, niente tovaglioli, niente e posate niente bicchieri, alla richiesta di caffè o Cappuccini il tempo di attesa variava dalla mezz'ora ai 45 minuti. Oltre alle fette biscottate unici pezzi per fare la colazione il ciambellone. Oggi veramente anche i cornetti ma solo 4 , per 8 persone, e alla richiesta di qualche altra fetta di ciambella ci veniva risposto che era finita. Forse perché in realtà poi non poteva essere data anche agli altri ospiti, vistio che c'erano soltanto altri due pezzi. Considerando che su 8 stanze della struttura e a fare colazione eravamo gli ospiti di 6 camere mi viene il dubbio che tutto il resto l'abbiamo mangiato gli ospiti delle altre due camere. Logicamente niente frutta Niente cornflakes niente yogurt né qualche salume o panini, tutto quello I che è dovrebbe essere compreso nella prima colazione di struttura che si fa pagare da Resort. Per cui un consiglio se decidete di venire ospiti di questa struttura portatevi la colazione, ovvero Come diceva Totò venite mangiati. Reception non-existent, sporadic presence of a manager's daughter; Question of the day: whether we make the rooms or think about it; And then breakfast: tables set only with a plate of rusks and jam, no napkins, no cutlery and no glasses, at the request of coffee or Cappuccini the waiting time varied from half an hour to 45 minutes. In addition to the rusks, only pieces for breakfast are the donuts. Today really also croissants but only 4, for 8 people, and at the request of some other slices of donut we were told that it was over. Perhaps because in reality it could not be given to the other guests as well, seeing that there were only two other pieces. Considering that out of 8 rooms of the structure and to have breakfast we were guests of 6 rooms I doubt that all the rest we ate the guests of the other two rooms. Logically, no fruit. No cornflakes, no yoghurt, no cold cuts or sandwiches. All that is should be included in the structure breakfast that is paid for by the Resort. So if you decide to come as a guest of this structure, bring your breakfast, or as Totò said come eaten.

Appena arrivati ci hanno spiegato la zona e offerto diversi servizi, dalla spa alle visite guidate alle gite in barca. Ci hanno organizzato il soggiorno in un attimo e sono stati disponibili. La cena poi di buona qualità con vista lago e Castel di Tora dall'altra parte rende il tutto molto suggestivo. Un weekend in pieno relax. Fantastic lake view, super friendly staff. As soon as we arrived they explained the area to us and offered different services, from the spa to guided tours to boat trips. They organized the stay in a moment and were available. The dinner of good quality with a view of the lake and Castel di Tora on the other side makes it very suggestive. A relaxing weekend.

Sembra di stare direttamente sul lago. La vista è magnifica. Inoltre abbiamo cenato nel ristorante che si trova all'interno, piatti di alta qualità e dosi decisamente ottime. Consigliato per le coppie Wonderful place! We stayed at this Resort in late January. Staff very helpful, the rooms are fantastic, very comfortable and clean. It seems to be directly on the lake. The view is magnificent. We also had dinner in the restaurant which is located inside, high quality dishes and very good doses. Recommended for couples

Al ristorante puoi mangiare ottimo cibo. il personale è simpatico e cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. structure located on the lake of Turano where you can admire a fantastic panorama. Comfortable and clean bedroom equipped with all comforts. At the restaurant you can eat great food. the staff is nice and courteous. Excellent value for money.

Dopo aver prenotato 40 minuti prima per la cena, siamo arrivati al ristorante e ci siamo ritrovati davanti a più di 40 persone che facevano aperitivo sulla terrazza panoramica del ristorante. Il nostro tavolo, oltretutto, non era pronto. Ci è stato presentato un menù degustazione di solo pesce perché quello di carne non era disponibile, visto che i salumi erano stati utilizzati per gli aperitivi. Avremmo dovuto cenare con un menù degustazione da 35 euro nel caos più totale! Noi che eravamo tornati per una cena intima (lo avevamo annunciato nella prenotazione), abbiamo trovato una situazione di confusione incredibile. Resort ... what? After a very pleasant experience in 2018, we decided to return to the Turano Resort. After booking 40 minutes before for dinner, we arrived at the restaurant and found ourselves in front of more than 40 people having an aperitif on the restaurant's panoramic terrace. Our table, moreover, was not ready. We were presented with a tasting menu of only fish because the meat menu was not available, given that the cold cuts had been used for appetizers. We should have had dinner with a 35 euro tasting menu in total chaos! We who had returned for an intimate dinner (we had announced it in the reservation), found an incredible confusion.

La maggior parte dei servizi erano sospesi, tra cui il percorso spa che é uno dei punti forti dell'hotel e le attività acquatiche. Il cibo é stato davvero ottimo, il persona davvero gentile e disponibile, le stanze molto pulite e di buone dimensioni. Il contesto é apparso molto desolato e purtroppo il periodo era molto piovoso e fresco. In un periodo differente sicuramente la situazione sarebbe migliore perché i paesaggi sono stupendi e l'atmosfera tranquilla. I was at the Resort in the period of Covid19. Most of the services were suspended, including the spa path which is one of the hotel's strong points and the water activities. The food was really good, the person really nice and helpful, the rooms very clean and of good size. The context appeared very desolate and unfortunately the period was very rainy and cool. In a different period certainly the situation would be better because the landscapes are beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful.
