Offre alloggi in casette bifamiliari non eccessivamente grandi ma c'è tutto, persino la griglia fuori. Ha una piscina a sfioro con acqua salata (niente cloro), Jacuzzi e sauna tutto incluso. WiFi non eccezionale. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. I ragazzi sono simpatici, attenti e disponibili. Convenzionato con il ristorante L'Oasi del sole, 8 km distante. Prezzi più onesti It is a beautiful location, surrounded by greenery with large spaces. It offers accommodation in semi-detached houses not too large but there is everything, even the grill outside. It has an infinity pool with salt water (no chlorine), Jacuzzi and all-inclusive sauna. WiFi not exceptional. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The boys are nice, attentive and helpful. Agreement with the restaurant L'Oasi del sole, 8 km distant. most honest prices

Noi abbiamo dormito solo una notte nel tragitto di ritorno dalla Calabria a Como, i proprietari ci sono venuti incontro sull'ingresso anticipato in struttura e sulla colazione in quanto partiti molto presto anticipando quanto possibile la sera prima, davvero gentili e disponibili. Una chicca la piscina intorno alla quale aumenterei i posti all'ombra. The place is very beautiful, quiet and nestled in the hills among olive trees and other plants. We slept only one night on the way back from Calabria to Como, the owners met us on the early entrance to the structure and on breakfast as they left very early, anticipating as much as possible the night before, really kind and helpful. A gem is the swimming pool around which I would increase the places in the shade.

Offre alloggi non eccessivamente grandi puliti e con tutti i comfort: Semplicemente fantastico. c'è tutto, persino la griglia fuori. Ha una piscina a sfioro con acqua salata (niente cloro), Jacuzzi e sauna tutto incluso. WiFi . La colazione è ottima e abbondante. I ragazzi sono simpatici, attenti e disponibili. Particolare non da poco , Matteo il titolare persona eccezionale !! Struttura da 10 e lode. Convenzionato con il ristorante L'Oasi del sole,dista 8 km. Che dire.. 3 anni che vengo e i weekend sono sempre più favolosi all’ insegna della natura e del relax. It is a beautiful location, surrounded by greenery with large spaces. Particular not just, Matteo the exceptional person in charge !! Structure of 10 and praise. Agreement with the L'Oasi del Sole restaurant, 8 km away. What can I say .. 3 years that I come and the weekends are always more fabulous in the name of nature and relaxation.
F	Federica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un agriturismo che dispone di appartamenti di varie tipologie totalmente immerso nel verde, ambiente curatissimo in cui si nota subito la premura e l'accuratezza di chi se ne occupa. L'appartamento Melograno, una stanza da letto, era pulito e rustico, cucina attrezzata (ma solo attrezzatura) con camino, due tv e bagno con grande doccia senza bidet. Il posto dispone di una piscina davvero bella a sfioro, una jacuzzi e una piccola sauna. A parte è possibile fare la colazione in una bellissima dependance con grandi vetrate che viene utilizzata anche come location per matrimoni. Se avrete anche la fortuna di incontrare Massimiliano, la vostra permanenza sarà addirittura migliore. La compagnia notturna sarà completata da due fantastici cagnoloni bisognosi di coccole e prosciutto. Da tornarci presto, per godere di tramonti imperdibili. A farmhouse that has apartments of various types totally surrounded by greenery, a well-kept environment in which you immediately notice the care and accuracy of those who take care of it. The Melograno apartment, one bedroom, was clean and rustic, equipped kitchen (but only equipment) with fireplace, two TVs and bathroom with large shower without bidet. The place has a really nice infinity pool, a jacuzzi and a small sauna. Apart from it, it is possible to have breakfast in a beautiful annex with large windows that is also used as a wedding location. If you are also lucky enough to meet Massimiliano, your stay will be even better. The night company will be completed by two fantastic dogs in need of cuddles and ham. To come back soon, to enjoy unmissable sunsets.

Semplicemente Fantastico! Più che consigliato My wife and I have decided to celebrate our wedding here and there are no words to describe the professionalism, availability, simplicity and undisputed beauty of this place and the owner ... Enchanting in equal measure..there wouldn't be ( with hindsight) another place to experience this emotion !!! Simply fantastic! More than recommended

La piscina ottima nelle giornate di caldo e sui lettini ci si può rilassare e ammirare il panorama! Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. I ragazzi sono molto gentili e disponibili. La colazione in camera è ottima! Veramente un bel posto torneremo sicuramente? I highly recommend it! Excellent value for money, large open space and lots of greenery. The excellent swimming pool on hot days and on the sun loungers you can relax and admire the view! The rooms are clean and spacious. The guys are very nice and helpful. Breakfast in the room is great! Really a nice place we will definitely be back?

Appartamento molto accogliente con 3 camere bagno e ampio salotto, il tutto a 130 euro per una notte! Location adatta anche per cerimonie, matrimoni etc. Bella anche la piscina. Punto ottimale per chi è in visita nel Viterbese o a sud dell'Umbria ! Beautiful property with large green area and swimming pool, surrounded by hills. We stayed in mid-October 2021 for 7, 4 adults and three children. Very cozy apartment with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and large living room, all at 130 euros for one night! Location also suitable for ceremonies, weddings etc. The swimming pool is also beautiful. Optimal point for those visiting the Viterbo area or south of Umbria!
