Ogni volta che si intraprendere una gita si pensa anche al piacere del mangiare. Ho scelto il Terebinto un posto dove appena arrivata ho detto sono nel posto giusto, tutto curato, pulito, una location splendida, potete sentirvi solo bene in un posto come questo. Un pranzo all'insegna della qualità, prodotti genuini, sapori che sanno di "buono" e belli anche a vedere, oggi ho assaporato il "gusto" del mangiare. Cristiano e Mauro sono ospitali, sorridenti, professionali e credono nella loro attività e si vede, curano ogni dettaglio. Unica pecca...il tempo é volato perché quando stai così bene il tempo vola. Every time you embark on a trip you also think about the pleasure of eating. I chose the Terebinto a place where as soon as I arrived I said I am in the right place, all well-kept, clean, a splendid location, you can only feel good in a place like this. A lunch dedicated to quality, genuine products, flavors that taste "good" and also beautiful to look at, today I tasted the "taste" of eating. Cristiano and Mauro are hospitable, smiling, professional and believe in their business and it shows, they take care of every detail. Bisogna andare senza fretta. Ai tavoli un solo cameriere che s'impegna a servire al meglio tutti. Pleasant stop for lunch during a trip to Casperia. Good and wholesome foods. Beautiful and relaxing location. Nice and kind staff. Adequate prices. We must go without haste. At the tables only one waiter who is committed to serving everyone in the best possible way.

Al server with very good biological wine. Here you can find not only good food but also culture and tradition behind it. Not common at all. An experience we will repeat.

For a bottle of water for the Kids, it took 35min Starter for 6 people / adults: (not enough) - 3 pcs of omelette - 4 slices of local ham - 3 spinach dumplings - 4 small arancini (2bits) - 10 broccoli in batter Waiting time from starters to first dish (Always with small portions) = 45min Waiting time from first dish to second dish (Always with small portions) = 40min Arrived at 13:15, with booked table, finished at 15:45 - no coffee // no desert
