GIARDINO SEGRETO RISTORANTE AGRITURISTICO Un piacevole pranzo in una bellissima giornata di fine marzo in questo incantevole posto in mezzo alla natura. Consiglio senza dubbio il menΓΉ degustazione. Un percorso ben bilanciato che racconta bene la natura ricercata ma allo stesso tempo tradizionale di questo posto. Un agriturismo che fa delle sue caratteristiche migliori la qualitΓ  delle materie prime e la creativitΓ  dello chef che riesce a dare ad ogni piatto un equilibrato tocco gourmet che rispetta i sapori tradizionali. Rapporto qualitΓ  prezzo eccezionale e gentilissimo il personale di sala. Ci Γ¨ stato offerto del prosecco per tutto l'antipasto e un dessert extra a fine pasto. Davvero un posto stupendo dove poter passare una giornata di totale evasione e pace dei sensi. Bravissimi!
SECRET GARDEN FARM RESTAURANT A pleasant lunch on a beautiful day in late March in this enchanting place in the middle of nature. I definitely recommend the tasting menu. A well-balanced path that tells well the refined but at the same time traditional nature of this place. A farm that makes its best features the quality of raw materials and the creativity of the chef who manages to give each dish a balanced gourmet touch that respects traditional flavors. Exceptional value for money and very kind dining room staff. We were offered prosecco for the whole starter and an extra dessert at the end of the meal. Truly a wonderful place where you can spend a day of total escape and peace of mind. Very good!

Dal primo al dolce, ogni piatto Γ¨ una storia di sapori unici e bilanciati. Passatelli all'arancia con zucca e polvere di olive deliziosi, carne di wagyu tenera come un burro e per finire il dolce: strati di pasta fillo leggerissima accompagnata da frutta secca caramellata con un sapore di fiori d'arancio che ti sembra davvero di essere in un giardino segreto. Complimenti davvero allo chef Pidone e a Lorenzo.
From the first to the dessert, each dish is a story of unique and balanced flavors. Orange passatelli with pumpkin and delicious olive powder, wagyu meat as tender as butter and to finish the dessert: layers of very light phyllo dough accompanied by caramelized dried fruit with an orange blossom flavor that you really feel like you are in a secret garden. Really compliments to chef Pidone and to Lorenzo.

This beautiful haven of organic haute cuisine was so worth the train ride just outside of Rome. Every produce in the making of these artful dishes is sourced fron the onsite farm. I had wagu beef and deconstructed apple pie three ways. The service is gracious, and intelligent. The winelist, elegant. Everything was simply wonderful. This is a destination restaurant, worth journeying to for an experience the outskirts of Rome in the countryside.

We had a great locavore meal last week. I suspect the locals are all over the "agrituristico" experience, but as a foreign tourist it may not be so easy to choose. We visited Il Giardino Segreto based on a friend's suggestion. Not only is the country setting beautiful, but the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Chef Fares described the menu selections (he speaks perfect English) with winning enthusiasm. The beef is outstanding, everything on the menu is grown or raised right on the farm, and did I say how much I like the rosemary gelato with chocolate? So fellow tourist: rent that car, get out of the city and your pizza habit, and don't leave Italy without this memorable experience.
