En effet, non seulement la peinture de mes couvercles WC a commencé à sauter après 1 an d'utilisation, mais en plus le revendeur n'est pas entré en matière pour les changer. J'ai donc décidé de m'adresser à la maison mère en Italie qui m'a donné la même réponse et en me mettant la faute dessus ! Ils m'ont dit que c'était les produits utilisés qui faisaient cela. En même temps il me semble qu'il s'agit bien de cuvettes de WC qui logiquement devraient supporter les produits WC! Quoi qu'il en soit, je suis quelqu'un de très maniaque, qui n'a jamais utilisé de produits abrasifs et toutes ces réponses ne me conviennent pas du tout. Non seulement la qualité est mauvaise mais le service après-vente aussi. Je vous déconseille d'acheter leurs produits qui en plus de cela sont extrêmement coûteux. Dopo numerosi ed infruttuosi al negozio dove sono stati scortesi e sgarbati dicendo in malo modo che loro non potevano fare nulla e insinuando che la colpa fosse mia, mi sono rivolta alla sede centrale ma anche qui il trattamento è stato il medesimo. A farsi una buona clientela ci vuole tempo, a perderla molto meno. Mai più acquisterò prodotti di questa marca.
