Ho mandato tre email a questi signori senza ricevere alcuna risposta a distanza di settimane.
Nelle tre comunicazioni chiedevo dove poter reperire un ricambio del copriwater mod. panorama.
Specificavo inoltre che avevo acquistato il copriwater 4 anni prima, e avevo passato gli ultimi 4 anni a sostituire le cerniere che si rompevano puntualmente ogni 5/6mesi.
Attibuivo il problema ad un palese difetto di fabbricazione visto che il copriwater aveva solo due punti di appoggio, a differenza di altri copriwater della concotrenza, che ne hanno almeno 4.
I soli 2 punti d'appoggio facevano si che il peso venisse scaricato sulle cerniere, che dopo pochi mesi si rompevano.
Sarebbe stata sufficiente un minimo correttezza da parte loro a rispondere alla mia richiesta, ed a trovare una soluzione, ma hanno preferito la strada dell'indifferenza.
Allora ho chimato al loro centralino, ed ho parlato con una loro incaricata, alla quale ho dovuto ovviamente rispiegare il tutto.
La signora, dopo aver fatto un ping pong interno con i vari reparti, tenedomi in attesa, ha sparato la sentenza.
"Il ricambio non è più prodotto in quanto quel copriwater è fuori produzione, attualmente viene prodotto un'altro modello"
.... guarda caso con 4 punti di appoggio ..... forse il mio difetto di progettazione segnalato, era del tutto fondato.
SOLUZIONE.
Comprati un altro copriwater che questa volta ... forse non si rompe.
Incorrect and unreliable.
I have sent three emails to these gentlemen without receiving any reply after weeks.
In the three communications I asked where to find a replacement for the toilet seat mod. panorama.
I also specified that I had bought the toilet seat 4 years earlier, and I had spent the last 4 years replacing the hinges that broke punctually every 5/6 months.
I attributed the problem to a clear manufacturing defect since the toilet seat had only two support points, unlike other toilet seats of the competition, which have at least 4.
The only 2 support points meant that the weight was discharged on the hinges, which broke after a few months.
A minimum fairness on their part would have been enough to answer my request, and to find a solution, but they preferred the path of indifference.
So I called their switchboard, and I spoke to one of their representatives, to whom I obviously had to re-explain everything.
The lady, after having done an internal ping pong with the various departments, kept me waiting, fired the sentence.
"The spare part is no longer produced as that toilet seat is out of production, another model is currently being produced"
.... coincidentally with 4 support points ..... perhaps my reported design flaw was completely founded.
SOLUTION.
Buy yourself another toilet seat that this time ... maybe it won't break.

È visibilmente storto. Ho scritto alla casa con tanto di video e foto e mi è stato risposto che è normale avere un certo elemento di distorsione.
Non è normale secondo me che sia visibile ad occhio nudo e si rifiuti di riconoscerlo.
Evidentemente, controlli di qualità poco accurati.
I purchased a bidet from the Nocode Primo dolce 50 line.
It is visibly crooked. I wrote to the house complete with videos and photos and was told that it is normal to have a certain element of distortion.
It is not normal in my opinion that it is visible to the naked eye and refuses to recognize it.
Evidently, poor quality controls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ azienda poco seria e poco attenta nell'assistenza del cliente . Ricambi 0 introvabili. Sicuramente in futuro non comprerò più GSI. Sul loro sito non ci sono le liste dei rivenditori. Occorre scrivere una email per poi aspettare chi sa cosa .SCONSIGLIATO!!!!
