NOT serious company, if you have a problem they don't respond. The PLUSTON products they advertise so much are NOT revolutionary as they decant. Save your money.

Ho cercato di contattare tramite mail per chiedere dove poter acquistare il ricambio (sicuramente non posso cambiare il piatto doccia).... dopo 15 giorni non risponde nessuno, azienda poco seria, evitate.

Ce site et ce fabriquant sont des voleurs !
Demande de renseignements le 10 et le 15 Avril 2020 auprès de Mr Filippo Facci.
Après confirmation des renseignements et de la reprise de production en Italie : Commande passée le 6 Mai 2020, après virement de la totalité de la somme y compris frais de livraison pour 380 Euros. Mr Facci daigne encore répondre à notre mail pour nous confirmer que la livraison pourra avoir lieu dans les 2 semaines.
Le 7 mai, nous avons confirmation du paiement du lavabo. Mr Facci nous dit qu’il nous informera dès que le lavabo est emballé et expédié.
19 mai : aucunes nouvelles, nous envoyons un mail pour demander où on en est.
20 mai : nous recevons un mail nous demandant d’être patients.
Depuis : silence. Plus aucun contact ni réponse à nos mails.
2 juin : Toujours le silence. Aucune réponse à notre mail.
9 juillet : Demandons le remboursement des sommes reçues.
Au 15 juillet, aucune réponse ni de lavabostore.com, ni de Altheaceramica le fabriquant que nous avons également contacté.
Nous sommes maintenant convaincus que nous avons affaire à une bande d’escrocs et nous allons informer le maximum de personnes pour leur éviter de pareils déboires.

Request for information on April 10 and 15, 2020 from Mr Filippo Facci.
After confirmation of the information and the resumption of production in Italy: Order placed on May 6, 2020, after transfer of the entire amount including delivery costs for 380 Euros. Mr Facci still deigns to answer our email to confirm that delivery can take place within 2 weeks.
On May 7, we have confirmation of payment for the sink. Mr Facci tells us he will let us know as soon as the sink is packed and shipped.
May 19: no news, we send an email to ask where we are.
May 20: We receive an email asking us to be patient.
Since: silence. No more contact or response to our emails.
June 2: Still silence. No response to our email.
July 9: Request reimbursement of the amounts received.
As of July 15, no response neither from lavabostore.com, nor from Altheaceramica the manufacturer that we also contacted.
We are now convinced that we are dealing with a bunch of crooks and we will inform as many people as possible to prevent them from such misfortunes.
