Abbiamo scelto questi sanitari per ristrutturare un piccolo bagno e la larghezza di 34 cm dichiarata nelle rispettive schede tecniche ci consentiva di rispettare le distanze previste dalla normativa. Purtroppo la misura reale di questi sanitari è risultata pari a 35 cm abbondanti, il surplus di 1 cm superava del 300% la tolleranza dichiarata nelle schede tecniche del 0.8%.
Ci siamo rivolti al servizio assistenza e siamo stati ignorati.
È la prima volta che compro da AXA, ma sarà anche l'ultima.
The purchase of White Jam bathroom fixtures turned out to be a bad purchase. We chose these sanitary fixtures to renovate a small bathroom and the width of 34 cm declared in the respective technical data sheets allowed us to respect the distances required by the legislation. Unfortunately, the real size of these sanitary fixtures was 35 cm abundant, the surplus of 1 cm exceeded the tolerance declared in the technical data sheets by 0.8% by 300%.
We went to helpdesk and were ignored.
This is my first time buying from AXA, but it will also be my last.
