Sinceramente, è stato così gentile, che avrei apprezzato tantissimo l'impegno anche se non avesse risolto il problema. invece in tempi rapidissimi lo ha risolto, su un oggetto non venduto da lui, che aveva 15 anni. Sono questi i professionisti che fanno la differenza tra acquistare in negozio e su amazon.it Peccato siano una vera rarità. Grazie
