Daniele ha "mediato" un affitto: circa un mese e mezzo fa abbiamo indicato interesse ad un immobile a Como, unica condizione che fossero rimossi dei mobili, ci assicurò che le ns condizioni sarebbero state accettate dalla proprietà nel corso del tempo abbiamo ripetutamente parlato della rimozione dei mobili in questione, tant'è che ci ha pure mandato le misure esatte della stanza da letto per vedere se il nostro ci sarebbe stato arrivati alla firma del contratto (a parcella versata e cauzioni e primo mese versato) purtroppo viene fuori che la proprietà era d'accordo a rimuovere solo un divano e non il resto, che il letto sarebbe rimasto, e il "mediatore" non aveva capito che un grosso mobile ingombrante andava anche esso rimosso (benchè ne abbiamo più volte parlato) TUTTO QUESTO CON LA MIA SIGNORA AL NONO MESE DI GRAVIDANZA siamo rimasti tutti sorpresi, sia noi che la proprietà... e abbiamo fatto che annullare tutto e abbiamo richiesto (e ricevuto) indietro le somme versate... forse si aspettavano che dato il termine della gravidanza saremmo entrati lo stesso senza fare troppe storie, o ci saremmo sobbarcati noi il costo della rimozione/stoccaggio/restituzione è stata una perdita di tempo da un mese e mezzo - la sua inettitudine ci costa tempo e fatica in un momento difficile!
