La casa era veramente stupenda, uguale alle foto e alla descrizione trovata sull'app dove abbiamo prenotato. La villa era pulita e tenuta in ordine a regola d'arte. Dispone di tutto ciò che serve. La cucina ben servita e i bagni puliti ed ordinati.
Nella sala c'erano anche dei giochi da tavola che abbiamo usato con piacere una delle sere quando siamo rientrati prima.
Siamo stati veramente soddisfatti in tutto e per tutto.
Tra l'altro la ragazza che ci ha seguito è stata molto disponibile ed efficiente tutte le volte che abbiamo avuto bisogno.
Se mai dovessimo tornare in quelle zone sicuramente ricontatteremo loro.

We booked a villa near Como.
The house was truly gorgeous, same as the photos and description found on the app where we booked. The villa was clean and well kept. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well served and the bathrooms clean and tidy.
In the room there were also some board games which we used with pleasure one of the evenings when we returned earlier.
We were really satisfied in every way.
Among other things, the girl who followed us was very helpful and efficient all the times we needed.
If we ever return to those areas, we will certainly contact them again.

Я останавливалась в самом центре города Комо на площади имени Алессандро Вольта в невероятно просторной квартире с современным и в некотором роде необычным дизайном, в которой есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, включая кофемашину, стиральную машину итд, с огромным количество баров и ресторанов рядом и буквально в 3х минутах ходьбы от озера. Отдельная благодарность за подробную инструкцию по получению ключей от квартиры, советы где и что можно посмотреть. Так же хотелось бы отметить отзывчивость, готовность помочь и профессиональный подход к своей работе сотрудников агенства, и в особенности Анну, которая говорит по-русски, что так же является большим плюсом. Успехов вам и спасибо за доброту и теплое отношение, сейчас такое встречается не часто.....!!!
I would like to share the most pleasant impressions of the apartment that I rented through this agency. I stayed in the very center of Como on the square named after Alessandro Volta in an incredibly spacious apartment with a modern and somewhat unusual design, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, washing machine, etc., with a huge number of bars and restaurants nearby and literally 3 minutes walk from the lake. Special thanks for the detailed instructions on obtaining the keys to the apartment, advice on where and what to see. I would also like to note the responsiveness, willingness to help and the professional approach to their work of the agency employees, and especially Anna, who speaks Russian, which is also a big plus. I wish you success and thank you for your kindness and warm attitude, now this does not happen often ..... !!!

High class quality. Very clear and good communication with the company before and during our stay, in case we needed something. I highly recommend this company and also lake Como.
