Inoltre ho acquistato un paio di orecchini stupendi! Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Consigliatissima! I had broken a steel and gold Cartier Panther watch and the only jewelry store in Como that was able to refurbish it at a great price was this one !!! I also bought a pair of gorgeous earrings! R	Remus Alin Moisin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace a dirlo, ma oggi mia moglie l'ha chiamata a questo Signore di questo negozio, e ,anno parlato di un orologiu mia moglie le ha detto che l'orologio era marchiato e che era d'oro, arrivati in questo punto abiamo deciso insieme con proprietario di Andare li Per vedere orologio alle 4 del pomeriggio seama arivatti li aveva 2 clienti dentro e le ha detto di aspettare 1 minuto, abbiamo aspettato in strada per 30 minuti, dopodiché questo signore è tornato fuori e ce lo ha detto con leggerezza , mi dispiace ma non sono interessato, e non ho nemmeno guardato l'orologio, spero che nessuno sia uguale a noi, perché abbiamo guidato 4 ore avanti e indietro, e questo Signore non è serio. Sono molto deluso da questo personale del negozio e dal modo in cui ci hanno trattato alla porta senza farci entrare. Il loro laboratorio mi ha aggiustato un prezioso cronometro da polso riuscendo anche a ritrovare i due tastini d'oro mancanti. Li ho trovati professionali e puntuali. Da consigliare. D	D Hollands on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent trip to Como, I took two watches of great sentimental value to me to Palazzo del Pero to simply have the batteries replaced. The daughter was a charming and friendly lady who was very excited to show us the antiques in the store. However, her father managed to break one of my watches beyond repair (broken stem and pin, and damaged every pin which holds the watch face in place). At first they accepted liability and offered to repair them both for no extra cost, to which I of course could not trust them to do. I then took my watches to another watch store in Switzerland in order to assess the damage, to which they told me one was beyond repair, and the other would cost 150GBP to repair. I reached out to Palazzo del Pero to inform them of this, to which they've responded saying they have done nothing wrong and that there is absolutely no way that they could've broken my watches. Avoid at all costs, unless you want your watches to be broken.
