Fabulous oil of exceptional quality, on the palate it is perceived just the taste of "juice" of olives. Furthermore the Masseria Pezze Galere is located in a heavenly place and Signora Alba is very kind and courteous!

Fantastic oil. It gives that extra touch to the dishes, it flavor them without going to cover the other ingredients, rather it enhances them. Well done. I also hope to be able to visit your farm because from the photos it is very inviting .. like your oil. Congratulations !! ?
