★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Cortiletto is simply an authentic experience made for discovering the real taste of Puglia. From starters till desserts, each dish is served with personality and full of flavours. I had tagliatelle with summer truffles served on a base of meat carpaccio and it was fantastic. Great choice of wines, the ambient is chilled and elegant, and the waiting staff is well prepared to guide you through your entire meal. Thumbs up to the kitchen and chefs, they do know how to cook! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful lunch. Make sure to order their mixed antipasti (beware, it's for 2 but is enough for 4): delicious variety of unusual tasty small bites. The pasta dishes were all excellent. Portions are rather big. We also had an excellent dry rosé spumante (see picture).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place I would definitely recommend in the area to try truly local food. Not only that most of the menu is only local dishes with local ingredients but the team working there is so proud of it that they would describe you every dish in all the details précising the most local ones among the local dishes! Very good, very generous and if you go do local pasta with meat - don’t take anything else: an enormous portion! Last but not least - the inside garden is super cosy for a warm summer dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely perfect food, great ambiance, wonderful location. We had the pasta with truffles, lasagne with zucchini, lamb and chicken. We started with an amuse on the house. Every dish was perfectly prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been dying to try this place for ages and I finally got to eat here last month. Expectations were high and it did not disappoint. These guys really know what they are doing. I live locally and I can tell you that you won't find better food for miles. The bill came to about €90 for 2, including multiple courses and a bottle of wine, which I thought very reasonable. I left stuffed and happy and have been dreaming about the ragu nightly ever since. I can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Cortiletto is an institution in the region. The chef brings a breath of modernity over traditional cuisine. Yet it’s tasty, fresh and so refreshing. The service is great and the location with it’s amazing patio is unique. It’s super affordable for the quality of the products. Only comment, I feel that the originality is sometime forced but overall that’s a terrific restaurant to visit.
