★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti questa mattina, in cerca di un frantoio e ci siamo fermati qui dal signor Antonio. Siamo stati accolti da una coppia di ragazzi gentilissimi che ci hanno fatto assaggiare i vari tipi di olio e ci hanno poi fatto fare una visita della struttura, mostrandoci i macchinari ed i procedimenti vari per la produzione dell'olio. Consigliamo vivamente questo frantoio, sia per la bontà e la qualità di tutti i prodotti ma soprattutto per l'estrema gentilezza e cordialità delle persone e anche dei vari animaletti che abitano in questo fantastico luogo!
 We came this morning, looking for an oil mill and stopped here at Signor Antonio. We were greeted by a couple of very kind guys who made us taste the various types of oil and then made us take a tour of the facility, showing us the various machinery and procedures for producing oil. We highly recommend this oil mill, both for the goodness and quality of all the products but above all for the extreme kindness and friendliness of the people and also of the various animals that live in this fantastic place!

We bought these packages to be able to give them at Christmas. Trio of fabulous oils. They made us look good and were super appreciated. Especially the lemon oil is fantastic

Ci é piaciuta subito l'idea e abbiamo pensato di cambiare il solito regalo natalizio a clienti e fornitori. La grande cortesia e disponibilità nel seguire le nostre indicazioni, personalizzando ogni regalo, é stata un plus. Qualità dei prodotti eccelsa e ottima organizzazione. Grazie! Straconsigliato!
We saw on the Facebook page of the idea of advent calendars with tastings of oil and typical products. We immediately liked the idea and we thought about changing the usual Christmas gift to customers and suppliers. The great courtesy and willingness to follow our directions, personalizing each gift, was a plus. Excellent product quality and excellent organization. Thanks! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit Puglia, a visit of a Frantoio should be on your to do list. And when searching for a Frantoio, we recommend one address only: Frantoio Oleario di Antonio Cisternino. We were welcomed by the whole family, including grandson Ludovico of 2 month old. Antonio showed us his olive yard and explained the process of olive oil. After this fascinated tour, we sat around the table to taste the different varieties of olive oil, together with artichokes, bell peppers and so much more. We bought different olives oils and some other deliciousness.
The whole experience is by far one of the highlights of our journey in Puglia.
