 Unable to put 0 stars, I am forced to put one. Beautiful and assorted jewelry, shame about the staff who lack tact and professionalism. Little desire to work, with a cheeky attitude and bad jokes. I endorse the other reviews.

Vado in cassa a pagare e in signore mi disse che 9€ era solo un orecchino per prendere un paio dovevo spendere 18€ e a quel punto li ho presi perché ormai era fatta ..vergognosi mai piu verro da voi!
BAD! I saw the price of some simple earrings with brilliant at 9 € The girl told me 9 € the pair but then
I go to the cashier to pay and sir told me that € 9 was just an earring to get a pair I had to spend € 18 and at that point I got them because it was done now .. ashamed I will never come to you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai é una garanzia. Porto solo gioielli Marlú e quando ho notato il negozio in centro a Firenze sono dovuta entrare. Personalmente gentile, accogliente e molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente.
It is now a guarantee. I only wear Marlú jewels and when I noticed the shop in the center of Florence I had to go inside. Personally kind, welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend.

Abbiamo dimenticato un pacchettino sul banco e siamo tornati dopo un paio di ore: con estremo disinteresse la risposta è stata "come faccio io a sapere che lo ha lasciato".
Unfortunately a lot of rudeness from the staff, specifically just a gray-haired guy.
We forgot a small package on the counter and came back after a couple of hours: with extreme disinterest the answer was "how do I know that he left it".
