Un solo suggerimento: quando uno sconosciuto/a acquista, chiedetegli se ha la tessera Expert o se la desidera. Non dire nulla , tacere, nascondere questa eventualità, non giova all'etica professionale degli impiegati. Pone un dubbio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry I gave only 1 star, I was upset and rated the place badly(no excuses, thanks for the quick answer). I'ts practically the only place in the city center to buy electronics; obviously I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy electronics in a physical shop, 'cause prices are higher than on the net, but the service is good and if you need something quickly/you are not comfortable buying stuff online, I would definively recommend it.
