da un pò di tempo mi sono rifornito al Vostro negozio ferramenta per acquisto di utensili, attrezzi e quant'altro, quale hobbista, e devo dire di essere soddisfatto dei Vostri prodotti.
Mi sento in dovere anche di spendere una parola a favore di tutto il personale, ed in particolare di Mirco che mi ha seguito per i vari acquisti. Ho apprezzato molto la professionalità, prontezza, pazienza e non da meno la cortesia dimostrata. Non è scontato trovare dappertutto persone che ti servono al banco così disponibili anche alla battuta ed al sorriso, che di questi tempi si rende più necessario e gradevole.
Spero che questa mia recensione sia un modo perlomeno gratificante, anche se lo potrebbe essere sicuramente più valorizzante un premio produzione.

Good morning,
for some time I have stocked up at your hardware store for the purchase of tools, tools and so on, as a hobbyist, and I must say that I am satisfied with your products.
I also feel obliged to say a word in favor of all the staff, and in particular of Mirco who followed me for the various purchases. I really appreciated the professionalism, promptness, patience and not least the courtesy shown. It is not obvious to find everywhere people who serve you at the counter so willing to joke and smile, which these days becomes more necessary and pleasant.
I hope that this review of mine is at least a rewarding way, even if it could certainly be more enhancing a production award.
