Esperienza da dimenticare: mio marito chiede un preventivo a Settembre 2017, mi viene fissato un sopralluogo il 19 Ottobre 2017, preventivo ricevuto (con tanto di scuse) il 15 Novembre 2017. Preventivo accettato parlando con il sig.Corrado (mi sono sempre interfacciato con lui) che mi da una tempistica di un mese circa. Risultato?!?! Mai più sentito...abbiamo provato a chiamare e scrivere Sms dal mio cellulare non ricevendo MAI risposta. Ogni volta che ho provato a chiamare con altri numeri il Sig.Corrado ha SEMPRE risposto; liquidandoci però, appena capito chi ero, con un “sono impegnato” o “ti richiamo”... chiaramente MAI richiamato!!! VERGOGNOSO! Spendete i Vostri soldi altrove, certe persone non meritano di lavorare!
UNRELIABLE company. Experience to forget: my husband asks for a quote in September 2017, an inspection is fixed on October 19, 2017, quote received (with an apology) on November 15, 2017. Quote accepted by speaking with Mr. Corrado (I have always interfaced with him) which gives me a time of about a month. Result?!?! Never heard again ... we tried to call and write Sms from my mobile phone and NEVER received an answer. Whenever I tried to call with other numbers, Mr. Corrado ALWAYS answered; liquidating ourselves, however, as soon as I understood who I was, with a "I'm busy" or "I'll call you back" ... clearly NEVER called back !!! SHAMEFUL! Spend your money elsewhere, some people don't deserve to work!
