★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! rilasciano preventivi e dichiarano prezzi presso il punto vendita che poi non rispettano. Accordi documentati in email (con valore legale) e su preventivi cartacei da loro rilasciati che poi vengono smentiti all'atto dell'ordine. Ti dicono "quel prezzo del letto te lo faccio solo se prendi anche l'armadio". Allego prove visive per chi stentera' a crederci! Lascio voi giudicare la proffesionalita'...una guida per i negozianti: come non cercare di fare i soldi persi durante il periodo Covid...alle spalle dei clienti! Ci sono migliori rivenditori, in zona con gli stessi marchi...cercate meglio prima di finire qua. Ti fanno solo perdere mesi!
WORST EXPERIENCE! they issue quotes and declare prices at the point of sale which they do not respect. Agreements documented in email (with legal value) and on paper estimates issued by them which are then denied when ordering. They tell you "that price of the bed is only for you if you take the wardrobe too". I attach visual tests for those who will find it hard to believe! I leave you to judge the proffesionalita '... a guide for shopkeepers: how not to try to make the money lost during the Covid period ... behind the customers! There are better retailers in the area with the same brands ... look better before ending up here. They only make you lose months!

Abbiamo apprezzato la preparazione e la competenza del personale, che ci ha seguiti con cura e attenzione costante, rispettando il nostro gusto e le nostre richieste, assecondandole e indirizzandole sempre verso la soluzione migliore rispetto all’ambiente in cui avrebbe trovato dimora. Abbiamo riconosciuto nei titolari e nelle venditrici persone davvero focalizzate alla soddisfazione del Cliente, attente e in grado di mettere la loro preparazione al servizio delle nostre esigenze e dei nostri desideri. Gli arredi scelti - cucina, sala, bagno, camere e disimpegno - sono di ottima fattura e la grande varietà disponibile nello show room ci ha permesso di scegliere con la certezza di aver selezionato la soluzione ideale. 10 e lode anche nella fase di consegna e montaggio: i ragazzi hanno lavorato con serietà, impegno, rispetto e cura, mantenendo le tempistiche promesse. Per quanto ci riguarda, massima soddisfazione.
We have chosen Rigamonti to furnish our new home. We appreciated the preparation and competence of the staff, who followed us with care and constant attention, respecting our taste and our requests, supporting them and always directing them towards the best solution with respect to the environment in which they would have found a home. We have recognized owners and sellers as people who are truly focused on customer satisfaction, attentive and able to put their preparation at the service of our needs and desires. The furnishings chosen - kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms and hallway - are of excellent quality and the great variety available in the show room allowed us to choose with the certainty of having selected the ideal solution. 10 and praise also in the delivery and assembly phase: the guys worked with seriousness, commitment, respect and care, keeping the promised timing. As far as we are concerned, maximum satisfaction.
