★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signore che ti accoglie è parecchio sgarbato e non aveva idea di cosa fare con la mia pratica quindi mi ha rimandato ad un altro giorno dopo avermi fatto attendere inutilmente, sempre in maniera piuttosto antipatica. Sarebbe bastata un po di cortesia in più con i clienti.
The gentleman who welcomes you is quite rude and had no idea what to do with my practice so he sent me back to another day after making me wait in vain, always in a rather unpleasant way. A little more courtesy with customers would have been enough.
