Ci sono ante che sfregano una contro l'altra quando si aprono. Hanno richiesto un intervento quattro mesi fa e non si è ancora visto nessuno. Ad ogni telefonata di sollecito viene rimbalzata da una persona all'altra. Sono stata io a consigliare Cappellini e me ne pento Very bad after sales assistance. P	Piermario Tosco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi sono trovato molto bene nella pre-vendita dove il disegnatore si è impegnato al massimo per darci quello che volevamo, i mobili hanno un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e sono ben rifiniti. Pessimo invece il servizio assistenza postvendita. Abbiamo richiesto un intervento circa 8 mesi fa per un lavoro da 10 minuti a detta loro e ancora adesso stiamo aspettando!! Hanno programmato più volte l'intervento rimandandolo poi all'ultimo minuto...peccato..potrebbero essere il top e invece mi hanno un po' deluso.. Quando ho deciso recentemente di cambiare casa ho fatto diversi preventivi, cappellini si è rivelato il più competitivo, ho acquistato soggiorno e bagno. Tutto consegnato perfettamente, sottolineo la grande disponibilità in fase di progetto che altre realtà non mi hanno riservato. Montatori non dipendenti dell'azienda menefreghisti e impreparati. Sono rimasto in attesa di un intervento risolutivo per oltre 1 mese, sopravvivendo con una cucina montata a metà. Alla fine della storia ho avuto una cucina nella media e soprattutto nessuno di loro (ad iniziare dal titolare) ha avuto la dignità di scusarsi. Personale non rintracciabile al telefono, promesse di richiamate mai esaudite, insomma nella mia esperienza direi: acquisti e poi spariscono. I montatori sono stati molto veloci, precisi e attenti a non creare confusione in casa; Cucine super consigliate.
